We’ve had a good experience using Report Pundit. The app itself is useful for generating Shopify reports and creating custom charts for our data analysis. What really stands out is the support team. They are extremely responsive and very helpful whenever we need assistance with report setup or chart customization. Their replies are fast and they are always willing to help adjust the reports to fit our needs. Overall, a solid reporting tool for Shopify, backed by a very supportive and responsive support team.

Customer service is outstanding and super fast! I was on a Zoom call when my CEO asked me for specific data. I reached out to Report Pundit support to ask for a custom report and I had it in less than 5 mins! I was able to return to my Zoom call and give my CEO the numbers he was looking for. Hands down the best customer service. Thank you!

Great piece of Kit. Having the ability to schedule reports has saved hours of time. Good selection of reports and easy to customize/edit the reports should you wish. All your reporting needs emailed directly to you. What more could you ask for.
