Guru was great! I explained what I needed in my report and he had it exactly right in just a short few minutes! I also have to say, the response time to help is awesome and you never have to wait long at all for assistance. Definitely recommend this app for your reports!

I use this app in 6 of our stores. It is way better than traditional Shopify reporting. If I need help with setting up a report, this team is fantastic, and support is super helpful.

This is a very detailed and customizable reporting software. There are a lot of premade reports to choose from and customization is easy. Sometimes there are things that can be done but the options are not there for me. When asking a rep, this time Rithvik, they always help. Rithvik built a custom report with the settings I needed extremely quick. It took him about 15 minutes with very little back and forth. Thank you again!!

We are currently in the trial period with Report Pundit, and so far the experience has been excellent. The reporting capabilities are powerful, flexible, and easy to customize. What has really stood out is the chat support — the team is responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve questions. It has made onboarding seamless. Looking forward to continuing to use the platform.

This report app is great and gives you everything you need to make custom reports. But the best thing is the help you can get if you are having issues with your report. It was so easy to speak to someone and they were able to fix all of my problems!

I cannot recommend Report Pundit enough. We had a very complex requirement for a legacy POS integration that involved specific fixed-width formatting, logic mapping, and SFTP. I want to specifically thank Guru from the support team. He was incredibly helpful and, most importantly, extremely patient with us as we went through multiple rounds of validation with our vendors. He didn't stop until the report was 100% perfect. If you need custom reports and a team that actually cares, this is the app to use!

This app simplifies many of the canned shopify reports but also adds so many more that would be such a chore to put together yourself. I had to reach out about shipping label cost reports and they provided great service and got me what I needed. Thanks!
