Amazing support and great reporting. I have to do a couple different daily inventory exports for different distributors of ours and this makes it very easy and a lot less expensive than the previous service I was using.

Excellent tool! Customer service is very responsive, and the reports provide far more detailed and accurate insights than Shopify’s native reports. Highly recommend this investment if you want reliable and precise reporting!

We use Report Pundit with 3 different stores. I love being able to customize reports on the fly, but also, their support team has been amazing. We've probably had about 5-6 custom requests for each store, and their team has accommodated us each time with up-and-above service. Highly recommend this app for anyone looking for centralized data.

Mr.Chan helped me with reports for which i was struggling to create detailed report and pre-made reports are also very helpful. This app helps a lot to provide proper reporting to management.

Only just started with the App but amazed at the support teams response time and attention to requests. The automation of reports is a huge time saver and the app layout is easy to follow and detailed enough for our needs.

Overall the app is tremendous and provides extensive reporting capabilities that you can't get from the standard Shopify plan. We use it daily for mission critical reporting. They have a slew of pre-made reports, but it helps to know some basic programming to really leverage the power of the app. They have some issues with data feeds -- both from Shopify and also when exporting reports on set schedules to Google Sheets, but they have very responsive customer support and most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
