This app is amazing- it allows reports based on fulfilled dates which is critical if you have delayed order, changed orders or cancelled orders . If you receive an order in may and ship in June the sale shows up in May reports even if you havnt shipped Pundit support is the best- you just ask and you have it-they have created all my custom reports based on fulfillment date now I can determine my actual monthly sales. And their pricing is very reasonable

Report Pundit is honestly one of the best tools I’ve used for reporting. It’s packed with features, easy to use, and way more affordable than other options out there. What really impressed me though was their support team — super fast and helpful. I reached out to one of their execs and got everything sorted in no time. Solid experience overall.

Within the first 5 minutes of using the app, I reached out to live chat and the support staff wrote an extremely complex grouping and custom calculation based off or our business logic in a matter of minutes! I was just looking for help, but they did it all for me, I'm impressed!

We have been able to leverage more data fields and objects through Report Pundit than we could through Shopify allowing us greater insights into our data. The support provided is AMAZING via the real-time chat, and we've so far had all our queries answered within minutes which saves our business time and money.

Such great customer service. Support will help you create a custom field in a report in real time, I don't think any other app in the app store does it that quick, if at all! Very happy with the app.

This app is really helpful — it provides exactly what I’ve been looking for. The report I needed includes everything in one place: the number of incoming products, total items sold, total inventory, total gross sales, total cost price, and the remaining stock balance. It makes inventory tracking and sales analysis so much easier. And the customer service very helpful! Highly recommended!

Even though we are still investigating if Shopify will work as a platform for us, the support from Report Pundit has been wonderful. We needed a better way to assign a class to different locations to map it in QuickBooks and they had a solution for us almost immediately, connecting a Metafield to the report. If we move forward, Report Pundit will definitely be part of our Shopify tech stack.

I need a lot of complicated reporting and i use a lot of apps, so this product allows me to pull the data I need. The support staff are great in helping me set up new reports and make all the changes I need. Great app with lots of detailed reports

Great product and excellent service. Already proving very useful compared to standard Shopify outputs, and the service (at a weekend) was excellent when I was struggling to get started. All round great offering!

Report Pundit has the best customer service on the Shopify Marketplace. They are very responsive and work with you one on one to build out custom reports. We've been with them for a number of years now and use the reports daily. A great partner for ecommerce.

Relatively easy to use and flexible - allows you to pull all kinds of data and report that you may need. It might take some time for early users to get used to the system but the online support is responsive and super helpful. However, the charting function is still in beta mode and not very reliable and versatile yet.
