This app is incredible! It allows us to create detailed reports that Shopify doesn't offer, making it an essential tool for our business. Our accountants absolutely love how customizable and versatile it is. On top of that, their customer service is outstanding—always quick to help and fantastic at assisting us with building custom reports tailored to our needs. Highly recommend Report Pundit for anyone who needs advanced reporting capabilities!

Yup, Report Pundit is the real deal. I asked Support if I could add a calculated custom field to a report, and Dan in support did it for me, right then and there, at 11pm Pacific. I highly recommend this app!

My job was impossible to do prior to Report Pundit. We admin 10 shops including our own which is comprised of approximately 40 vendors, and pulling teeth was easier than pulling the necessary reports through Shopify. The team at Report Pundit has gone above and beyond time and again to help create custom reports that not only account for a variety of unique and specific circumstances tailored to our reporting needs, but also accurately performs calculations consistently across all reports that actually verifies the accuracy of my corresponding manually-entered data. The pinnacle of miracles performed is the custom file naming they generated for me. I have a VERY specific naming convention I use for all file names, and they were able to make it so the file names are IDENTICAL to mine down to every last space, dash, and date format. I can't say enough about how much RP and their stellar team has done for me.

This is a really easy to use, intuitive, responsive app. I was able to replicate a custom report that we have from another app and shave off half the manipulation steps we were doing each week with even looking at any training material for Report Pundit. This is the data tool business analysts have been dreaming about since the 90s.

Below is my first review. However, I can no longer access the platform and customer support is of no help. Spent an hour waiting for a resolution without success. The agent said he would email my reports and work on a resolution with tech. Unfortunately, he never followed through so I had to manually create the reports I needed. I am being kind with my new 3 stars only because when it worked, it did make my sales tax reporting easier. Time to look for another report app. A Game-Changer for Wine Sales Reporting! Report Pundit has been a lifesaver for my business! As a winery, keeping track of wine sales to each state is critical for compliance and business analysis. Report Pundit makes it incredibly easy to create custom reports tailored to my specific needs. The ability to pull detailed data and organize it in a clear, actionable way has streamlined my operations and saved me countless hours. The flexibility of the reporting tools is unmatched, and the support team has been fantastic whenever I needed guidance. This is the first reporting app that actually delivers reports quickly and with more information than we actually need. The support team has been awesome and created custom reports/schedules for us that allow us to fully automate our reporting. I wish I would have found this app 2 years ago.

We needed to make export of inventory as csv file to ftp server. Works greate. Support helped us change name of the CSV file.
