When my client began using Shopify the canned reports were not giving us the Sales information we needed in an organized fashion. We have now been able to work with the Report Pundit Staff to create the first three reports that will change the game in being able to evaluate Sales. We will be back! Also, the ability to export the reports in an excel so we can print out the reports and not be at our computers in meetings is a great feature.

This app is a game changer. We do a lot of custom report pulls and while Shopify is lacking, this app fills in all the holes. Their support is excellent and always quick to help and the customization is amazing. Definitely worth using.

Been using this app for 3.5 years. While functional, be careful on billing. They charged us almost 1.5 years for features that were not agreed to. Then have the smugness to respond "well you should have looked more carefully" Not something you want to hear when supporting this app for since 2021. Happy to see the native shopify analytics and reporting become more sophisticated with custom features now.

We use this app all the time for enhanced reporting from our Shopify store. The customer service/support is top-notch, oftentimes solving our requests for report upgrades/customizations via chat within a few minutes. The tool is very user-friendly and intuitive.

We needed to be able to have reports in the other currency for our store, instead of just the Shopify default of USD. Report Pundit allows reporting in CAD as well. The on-line chat help (today was Nandha) has been helpful in figuring out some finer details for the reports in terms of formatting and getting calculated columns. So far, after having this app for only a few weeks, it's been very helpful. Highly Recommend.
