Have not come across an instance where they could not help me look into what I was looking for. Fast in their live chat, and follows up to ensure you're good to go! Must-have app for your setup!

Support is excellent. With the help of Tony and other support techs that are immediately available in the app's chat feature I've been able to request and receive the exact reporting I need. I've previously spent hours in Excel to generate the same reports and it's hands down one of teh best administrative utilities I've used.

This is our first time utilizing an advanced application for additional reporting tools. Ameena was the representative that I worked with, and as a new user to the application, she went out of her way to help me build a custom report with everything I needed. This service offers so many in-depth reporting capabilities that will help us tremendously, and Ameena was so helpful in getting us started. Loving Report Pundit so far. There are so many reports that I need to use. Many more that I have seen and did not know I needed, but will be very valuable.
