We use this app to manage a House League program for Volleyball. We initially had some issues creating the custom report to fit our exact needs, but the Report Pundit support team responded very quickly, created the custom fields for us, and now we are extremely happy with the reports we are using.

I needed a simple and efficient way to run reports within Shopify, and Report Pundit does everything I need and more! The customer service team is incredibly fast and friendly, always ready to help. Even though I’m not very tech-savvy, Report Pundit makes it easy to access all the reports I need right at my fingertips. I highly recommend this app for any business looking for a reliable reporting solution!

We use report-pundit as only tool for extracting data from Shopify. The schedule are really helpful as the data get updated automatically. We had some troubles with loading the data in the last time, but the support could help us really quick during only a couple of days. They are available 24/5 for us. Great support and great tool!

Report Pundit is fantastic and is one of the deepest level reporting apps on Shopify. Their support is fantastic as well and very helpful and responsive- they helped us extract some data from Shopify that was previously not able to be found on any report in other applications, the Conversion Summary/Details on the orders. Highly recommend!

Allows for the export of shipping labels on a custom cadence directly into an existing spreadsheet. Customer service quick & reliable despite how complex the issue may be. Though, I wish the exports can show all orders from the beginning of a Shopify store and refresh on a cadence on top of that.

I really like this App, actually I use it for my both web sites, of course it is difficult for me to create reports by myself, but support team works really well — I told Tim what reports I needed and got precisely what I was trying to do.

The reporting system is really great - you can customize your reports exactly how you need them and schedule automatic email delivery. Plus, their support team stands out for their quick response times whenever assistance is needed.

We are loving Report Pundit. It has saved so much time from our Monday morning pulling reports routine. We were able to set up everything we needed to see (adding special fields, sorting, etc) for the exact time frames we need and have them auto send. We had some problems figuring out how to get LY reports to automate and had a fantastic experience with their customer service team. Our issue was not something that was quickly solved after one email and I really appreciated the consistent follow up and constant pursuit to tweak the result to what we needed. I heard Report Pundit had great customer service and I was not led astray.
