I reached out to the support chat before installing. They said I could easily do the reports I needed so I installed and asked them how todo it. They just kept guiding me to a generic custom report help article without any actual help on it. I tried but it was basically just an overally complicated spreadsheet that couldn't even filter by a product name I had to manually type it in. Was easier to download 18000 orders and manually do it on numbers.

Really poor service. We spent many hours building a report exactly how we needed it and it came through daily. About 10 days ago it just stopped sending when we didn't change anything at our end. There is nobody at Report Pundit that is helping to fix it. 10 days on and we still can't do any of our reporting. The Shopify reporting has improved recently so we are going to have to look at using that. I wouldn't recommend using Report Pundit.

Report Pundit is the best tool we've found for running the reports we need. There are a ton of prebuilt reports to choose from. The ability to customize the base reports gets us what we need almost always. When we haven't found the exact report we are looking for, Report Pundit support has created custom reports or fields in reports within minutes.

Report Pundit is the best tool we have found for pulling complex data from Shopify. We have a data partner we send some of that data to and Report Pundit makes that very easy by allowing reports to be scheduled and delivered via email or SFTP. Report Pundit includes some tools to manually create Custom fields by joining fields or running calculations within the report. These tools are available to the end user to generate the fields themselves or a request can be filed with Report Pundit to create them. Report Pundit support has been very responsive to any issues we have had. They have a chat function available to get in contact with support immediately and have been able to resolve most of our issues in real time.

Great app. It's easy to use and the customer support is top notch. I was able to export all my payouts with associated orders in a matter of seconds. Great Value.

My experience has been excellent so far. I had previously added custom checkout fields to my product pages and this app is the only way I could find to get the line items out. I had some trouble adding some custom features into my report and the customer service had it solved within 30 minutes. So impressive.

Report Pundit offers a wealth of features designed to meet the reporting needs of any project. Its intuitive, easy-to-use platform allows you to create custom reports effortlessly. If you ever need assistance, their responsive customer service team is just a chat away. In fact, I had them tailor a report for me four times to ensure it was exactly what I needed, and each time they were quick and helpful. EDIT. After further looking at the customer reports that were given to me, Report Pundit is terrible. The reports are never correct and cause so much time and pain to fix. DO NOT USE THEM

I needed a custom report that needed to include Product Attributes. Report Pundit came recommended so I thought I would give it a try. It was so easy to create exactly what I needed. I did need a bit of assistance when the report seemed to be duplicating the orders in the report and used their chat function to see if they could help. Within 3 minutes, Richard was able to look into my report on their end and make the edit needed to fix what I couldn't figure out. Highly recommend the Report Pundit app!
