I wish all apps on Shopify was like this one. Customizable to fit pretty any report you need. Great customer support.

First, this and the sister app 'Data i/o' provide the data tools you need, that Shopify does not. We evaluate these apps based on performance, responsiveness of the support team and price. These guys win on all 3 points!! Sales by customer by month and dozens of other reports, fully automated - AWESOME! We also provide a daily 'stock on hand' report to some of our resellers - the Data i/o team sorted the report in less than a day, and it runs flawlessly in the background. The support from the team is very fast and excellent, now that I know this data tool is availble,we'll be making more use of it. Well done, guys!!! Thank you for this excellent pair of apps!!

Fantastic product, and their support team goes above and beyond! They spend multiple hours with me today building me the reports that I needed, even when their system didn't seem like I could do it myself, they custom coded the reports for me. Absolutely amazing team, especially Pragathi!

Still waiting for them to add images to my reports but there is a limitation on stores with product that have more than 5500 products, really hoping they can get that working. I was going to wait to write the review but they have been fantastic to work with so far. They have been able to accomplish everything else I have asked for. Very responsive team. I would recommend.

So simple to use and perfectly flexible! Our massive inventory (over 100k skus) needed a powerhouse reporting tool and ReportPundit does it. And, if you do get stuck, their customer service is quick and painless. We chatted through an issue in a few minutes I had the report I needed!

I'm so grateful for this app I could cry! I needed a pick list to take with me to the farmers market with customer name, ordered products with variants and location chosen at pick up!

Needed this app to help us differentiate between meal, apparel and donation sales for paying our quarterly state sales taxes. Report Pundit has been amazing in helping me create customized reports to give me exactly what I need in the simplest way possible. So responsive and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

The BEST APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I highly recommend using app for reports. I really like the features. We use it to automate our reports to send out via email weekly. Also we are using their Power BI connector to create sales dashboard. And you can't beat the price.

Their Customer Service team is amazing -- they respond super quickly and will create any report you want in minutes, even if it is a custom report. I don't think I've ever worked with a better Customer Service team.

The app is great, it has a lot of detailed reps who offer to upgrade Shopify store and spend unnecessary money. Also reports some exceptional data. Perfect integration to my store Customer service is 10/10 working to help you all the time

I was very specific in what I needed and Dan was able to help me - quickly and efficiently. I am a small single store business and it is wonderful that I can customize my reporting with out having to upgrade my plan. Would recommend 100%

I just started using Report Pundit, and it looks very user-friendly. I'm really impressed with customer service. They helped me right away to build a couple of reports. Updated review September 15/2023 - We signed up for the monthly subscription and it's been great. I have the reports I need without upgrading to the next tier with Shopify. Customer service is fabulous!
