Great customer service and integration features, espacially with Google Analytics. I'm still figuring out how to fully utilize this app but alreay love it!

Great reporting app. Definitely fills the many voids in the standard Shopify reports. Excellent real time live person support (a rarity) that can create a custom report for you on the fly.

Report Pundit is very customizable and useful. The customer service agents provide prompt help to create additional reports as needed. So far, my colleagues and I have all received great customer service and the reports are very useful for us.

I had been analysing source data from various Payment channels trying to match the amounts entering our Accounting Software Sales Account, literally over the entire last week without success. Turned to Report Pundit and Amal provided a Report combining the Sales, Payment & transfer dates per Sales Order data. Our remote conversations lasted 15 minutes in total, after which he provided THE report. Turned my day around completely! Being able to provide the Transfer date, which is not available in Shopify reports, was the key to solving the reconciliation. Strongly recommend Report Pundit to save you time on customized reports

Great app for pulling everything you need from Shopify! Scheduled reports in CSV form or replacing Google Sheets work great with some help from support. Support very helpful with making custom fields.

Excellent customer service! Must have Shopify App if you really want to dive into all the data fields available. Integration with payment gateways makes our reconciliation a breeze!

Well worth the money for the support alone. Their support team responds quickly via chat and has been able to create any report I need, no matter how complex. I really enjoy the features of this app, and also the professionalism and competency of their support staff. 10/10 - must have Shopify app.

I got problem with creating the report in Pundit but the chat person helps a lot. They respond really fast and can create the report that i want.
