The reports gave me exactly what I needed to file sales tax in another state. I was not sure how to put the correct data in the report so customer service helped via chat. Customer service was excellent, responsive and made sure I had all the correct data I needed.

I was looking for a specific solution to track the revenue generated from a discount campaign with 10 000 unique codes. The support i got to make this happen was just great. They helped me out untill the end. I can recommend this app 100%

I had a very easy time creating a report to export to Google Sheets, so my company could then feed it into our data/sales analysis. I needed a little help getting a report to overwrite an existing tab hourly, but Tony from the support team was able to assist quickly. Great app and great support!

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tony from Report Pundit, and I have to say his customer service is outstanding. His expertise in report customization allowed him to quickly identified a solution to my problem, and he customized my report within minutes. This customized report will certainly decrease the time I spend reconciling Shopify payments with QuickBooks. The exceptional service provided by Tony made a great impression on me. I have reached out to customer service several times over the years and I have always received great service and, most importantly, solutions that improve my productivity. This app does EVERYTHING we need it to, across all of our sites. The reports are perfect for our accounting team. The best part though is the customer service. They always respond quickly, and can pretty much do anything. Well worth the subscription fee!

I was looking for a solution to get robust reports for my Shopify store. Report Pundit has been exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to search by all the fields I wanted, including Metafields that I created. I love it. Also, the customer support is amazing. If I reach out with a request for a custom report, I hear back within a day and they have provided exactly what I was looking for. Love this app! Game changer.

The best app service I have ever received. Love the online chat option if you have any troubles and I requested to see if a personal report could be made for me and Mallesh couldn't be more helpful. Report Pundit is excellent! They provide a standard list of reports that may be useful. If you cannot find the information within one of these reports, you can create a custom report yourself or ask for assistance in creating one. They can always create a report with the information I need and within 24 hours! They are helpful and knowledgeable!

My company uses this all the time. It's my favorite Shopify app overall. You can just send them a quick message in the chat box and they will get you a report super fast. The longest I personally had to wait was around 10-20 minutes, and that was because it was a lot of data they were pulling in. Most of the time, I get a report in 5-7 minutes. Even less than that sometimes. Absolutely love it!

Because Shopify can't do it, you need Report Pundit. I found myself here while trying to generate a report on Shopify, clicking the filter button, adding a column, losing my work, and finding out that I can't filter for certain values in the same report. Don't let Shopify waste your time, get this app! With Report Pundit, everything is easy to set up and get running. Chat support is friendly and can help you customize more complicated queries on the fly. Highly recommend.

Report Pundit is a superhero to the rescue. We are on a multi-currency Shopify website.
