Probably the best app we have ever installed. Jeff on the live Chat is always super prompt and can help with anything at lightning speed. Just ask him what you want and he will make it happen. For any data reports you need, this is the app you will be using.

Report Pundit is really good. There is only a small to medium learning curve involved. Whilst there are some aspects that feel like they could have more user control, I think it's a necessary design choice by the developers to keep users from unintentionally breaking the app, and probably some limitations in the API. Any day of the week this is a solid 3-4 star app. However, their customer support is unparalleled. They are quick to respond and quick to action. They are clear and concise. If what you want CAN'T be done, it is indicated clearly and alternatives are proposed. If what you want CAN be done, they do it. And they do it very quickly. A refreshing change to submitting support threads that go unread and un-responded to for hours or days at a time. Absolute best-in-class service!

Wonderful app. So many reports are already built in, plus the ability to customize your own. I had questions about how to create a specific report and the CS is extremely helpful and quick to respond. This app is exactly what I was looking for and is very affordable for everything it offers!
