Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Report Pundit has been a great addition to my company's Shopify store. This app has allowed for us to utilize Shopify in a more robust way with our wholesale business. The customization of reporting has been noteworthy but the Report Pundit team has been extraordinary. The built in support chat is incredibly responsive and helpful. We will absolutely continue to use Report Pundit in our Shopify store.

Customer service is 10/10. App is great, has so much detailed reporting that saves upgrading Shopify store and spending unnecessary money. Also reports some exceptional data that Xero can’t provide. A perfect integration for my store

SUPER impressed with support. I emailed a question about adding custom fields to a report and in a matter of minutes they had sent me the custom report completed. Super fast replies, overall I'm impressed.

I love Report Pundit because it enables us to segregate the payout amounts according to the registers. Also, their customer service is incredible!

Probably the best app we have ever installed. Jeff on the live Chat is always super prompt and can help with anything at lightning speed. Just ask him what you want and he will make it happen. For any data reports you need, this is the app you will be using.

Report Pundit is really good. There is only a small to medium learning curve involved. Whilst there are some aspects that feel like they could have more user control, I think it's a necessary design choice by the developers to keep users from unintentionally breaking the app, and probably some limitations in the API. Any day of the week this is a solid 3-4 star app. However, their customer support is unparalleled. They are quick to respond and quick to action. They are clear and concise. If what you want CAN'T be done, it is indicated clearly and alternatives are proposed. If what you want CAN be done, they do it. And they do it very quickly. A refreshing change to submitting support threads that go unread and un-responded to for hours or days at a time. Absolute best-in-class service!

Fabulous UI, unparalleled reporting functionality, amazing customer service, and all for a great price. We've had this app for a month and already I consider it invaluable. Thank you Report Pundit for filling the much needed reporting gap in Shopify!

Wonderful app. So many reports are already built in, plus the ability to customize your own. I had questions about how to create a specific report and the CS is extremely helpful and quick to respond. This app is exactly what I was looking for and is very affordable for everything it offers!
