Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Good thus far. We found Shopify's own reporting for the PRO plan quite lacking but Report Pundit appears to have what we need(although we still need to figure out why Shopify itself doesn't have a featre to distinguish between AMEX and other card payments). We had an issue pulling through the data for card payments so contacted Report Pundit's customer support and they sorted it right away. Very helpful.

This App has been so helpful. Specifically, I needed to export our product IDs and a tag from Shopify, and the built-in reports with Shopify couldn't pull that data together. The support team at Report Pundit was available at all hours, ran the report for me, and got me what I needed in just minutes. They were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing and quick customer service. VERY responsive. I needed help with a custom report and it was created within 30 min Three years later and still appreciate the reports available with this app. Chat is quick and helpful when needed to update a report!

I needed several customized reports that Shopify couldn't provide for my business. I was able to get 4 customized reports created by Pundit reps before my trial period ended. Which was a big deal, in order to decided whether or not I would pay the monthly service.

WOW. So impressed. Customer Service provided has been outstanding, i needed reports created, and amended and changed again. I have been so impressed, I can now run reports with exactly what I need and know that if I need changes made, the online chat can assist. I have not had to wait around for an email reply, quick and easy.

The Support Team (especially Shawn) at Report Pundit are amazing! They helped me navigate from another highly-rated reporting app when they said they could give me the cost of the shipping label and insurance premium per order. This app has been very helpful in pulling out reports, filtering data from multiple stores and enabling automations with google drive and google sheets. The customer support has also been responsive and helpful.
