The tech support has always been great. We uninstalled because we used it for only one report creation, and it wasn't worth the price to only run one report. This is a great app if you have the internal staff capacity to fully utilize it.

Same owner as Data Export App and same problems. Incorrect data many times. They do 'fix' the problem, but it is hard to have faith in data that has been 'fixed'.

Getting buggy behavior with trying to save custom columns, but otherwise fulfills all my needs. Great application.

Finally an app that offers reports that can be easily adapted to my particular needs. Dealing with technology is not my particular talent, so I appreciate being able to access a live tech support person anytime I need assistance. Report Pundit is a must for Plus stores! You will have have access to all fields as well as integrations with third parties like Google Analytics, Shipstation etc. Customer Support is unmatched. They will help you with any report issues and help you create more complex ones. HIGHLY recommend!
