I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.

Amazing reporting app - the fact it connects to third party software like Shipstation is amazing. Even better is the customer support to help you with reports!! Most used app we use!!! HIGHLY Recommend!

The support responded me instantly, they created the report I needed based on what I needed, I didn't even have to go through the settings myself which saved me a lot of time and mistakes, very glad to use this app, highly recommended!

I don't very often give a 5 star rating but this app thoroughly deserves it. The functionality is excellent and one of the best reporting tools I have comes across. The customer support from James and Deljo has been first rate. Overnight (I am based in NZ) they have created custom reports for me that have worked first time. I am stoked with this app and the support provided by the customer support team.

I use this App to create a variety of sales reports that are not possible on our Shopify Plan. The online chat support is incredible whenever I have any problems creating a specific report their online support helps out in a very timely and professional manner. One of the best Apps we use.

Hands down one of the best apps I have on my shopify store. They have a wide range of premade reports, adding the ability to make custom report with great live chat support makes ReportPundit my one stop solution for all types of reporting tasks.

We're pretty impressed with Report Pundit. The reports library is extensive and so far any reporting we haven't been able to find prebuilt we've been able to make custom. Plus their support so very prompt and professional. It's a great value!

This app helped me pull gift card transaction reporting that we needed for accounting. I like that they helped me with a lower cost due to only needing to use one specific report they offered.

I've used this app to pull more complex reports for our store. Their customer service has been incredible in creating reports for you if you are struggling. Most recently, Darren was a lot of help in getting a report the way I needed it to look. I highly recommend this app if you need more reporting than what is offered in your plan.

Antony from Report Pundit assisted with creating a report that allowed me to see the cash sales totals separated from cash tax totals. It is extremely helpful with my daily accounting. I highly recommend Report Pundit to help create any reports needed for bookkeeping.

I had some issues getting the fields I needed onto a report. Report Pundit has a live chat feature with a live human and they were able to support me and add the fields I needed! Will save me tons of time!

Robust reports. Easy to use once you get the hang of it. And the support is on point (Abishek helped me with a custom function critical to our operations- full SKU report for "Committed" inventory)

I like this app and i like the service. Easy app to take out so much more info out off the Shopify data. But really special is the service. They help you so fast and make reports within minutes. GREAT

Rigtig god app til at lave diverse udtræk som f.eks. afsluttet salg i en given periode, forskellige KPI'er, lager, levering mm. Alle udtræk kan også kombineres på tværs af shops. Det er super nemt at sætte forskellige rapporter op. Virkelig god support, der er meget hjælpsomme og svarer hurtigt. Kan klart anbefales.
