Awesome customer service, these guys added the "Tracking Company" field to the app so that I could pull a report showing which carrier was used to ship the product. Dominic was extremely helpful. 10 Stars

Honestly, the app itself is nice - but they get you with the customer service. They are SOO helpful and will get done whatever you need. It's made bookkeeping and receiving reports so much easier for me. I really really appreciate the app and the people behind it. Thank you so much!! If I could give 100 stars I would.

Great support. They've created some really helpful reports for us. The integration with Google Sheets has saved us hours each week. Their service is always top knotch! Bhumika was amazing!

Report Pundit enables us to easily automatically export reports on a schedule and upload them via FTP. Their support has always been helpful and after some tweaks by them, the app is now working well for us.

Great app and even better customer service. We love the custom reporting and the detail in orders that Shopify doesn't provide. Every Shopify store should use this app.

We started using Report Pundit to fill in for features Shopify should have built in but doesn't. It was very easy to get going and their support is extremely helpful and very responsive. It's very robust and I can see it quickly becoming an invaluable tool in our reporting toolbox.

I haven't used this app yet but the customer service has been great! Wanted to know if it would pull up the report I needed and the live chat was very quick and helpful, I'm going to download it now!

Amazing app and support. I have multiple stores and they (Sam) consolidated all of of the sales in a report for me. Now, I can add the necessary fields and filters as I see fit and pull sales data per store and for all stores combined.

Great and flexible app. We need it to send reports on a monthly base to our accounting dept. It's very easy to generate individual reports. The biggest advantage is that you easily can use almost all Shopify fields in a report. Report Pundit is setting all the data relations in the background between sales, products, customers etc. The performance is very high also in our multi-store environment. Also the support is great, we always get solutions very fast. Report Pundit is definitely one of the best reporting tools for Shopify!!!

I got sick of struggling with Easy Reports, so I tried Report Pundit. Nice and clean, lots of options. I had a couple of issues, so I hit the Live Chat. I got a real human, not a bot, who understood my problem, and FIXED IT. Just like that. Including making custom columns for me. Subscribing now. Highly recommend.

I used the app to obtain sales tax report and to manage our sales tax obligations. Shawn has been extremely very helpful in creating a custom report for our needs in order for us to file accurately.
