Great app, definitely must need for every Shopify user. Support is very responsive and knowledgeable, most of the stuff is resolved on the spot!

Couldn't ask for better customer service! The rep created a custom report, saving me hours of work in Shopify. We needed a very specific report, linking payout data with multiple columns of sales data. Looking forward to utilizing more features in this app.

Great app, and the staff customized my reports as needed! I needed to break down sales by day of week and hour, and they were able to get it done for me. If you are looking for very specific and detailed reports, this is the app to use.

Just stated using the app but so far impressed with the always available tech support. They currently creating a custom report for us. Really like the Klavijo integration so I get part data from Shopify / Klavijo / Google in one report.

We deal with 10K+ products and need to evaluate data in many ways. Report Pundit is very powerful, especially as it a) allows filtering on tags, b) allows for the creation of calculated fields (which themselves can be used in filters), and c) provides automated emailed reports. Highly recommended.

I have been looking for an app that will allow me to write custom reports that can be used for fulfillment. I saw Report Pundit and decided to give it a try. The install and setup was very simple and within minutes I was asking a chat agent, Sam, to help me include a field from another app that we use for monograms. Within 2 minutes, Sam added the field to my report and showed me how to access the field for other reports. I had an extremely useful report within 10 minutes of installing Report Pundit. Excellent app and customer service!

Must have app. Good set of predefined reports. Easily generate custom reports with complex queries. Excellent customer service. Graphs feature is missing (upcoming feature)

This app is so critical to success! The reports you create and customize can be sent to your inbox automatically at a cadence that makes sense for your business! Also, I needed a report and customer service created it for me and sent it right over... quick! Definitely recommend!
