Report Pundit: Custom Reports

I have this app on all my Shopify sites. The customer service is great and very responsive. Assisting me to create reports, real-time, through chat. Great App. Allows a full view of all my Shopify data to one place. The scheduled reports are perfect to keep track of order status with looking in the Shopify admin everyday. Customer service and support is the best.

Been using report pundit since day one as the shopify reporting itself isn't great. The customisation is fantastic and the online chat service tends to be very fast at solving issues. We use report pundit across 2 different stores and it's helped streamline our work load a lot with the report scheduling. Well worth the money for us.

I've never been a big fan of chat support, especially for creating accounting reports. Their support team was able to quickly collect and format the complex report we needed. We're very happy with all their preformatted reports as well.

The reports gave me exactly what I needed to file sales tax in another state. I was not sure how to put the correct data in the report so customer service helped via chat. Customer service was excellent, responsive and made sure I had all the correct data I needed.

I was looking for a specific solution to track the revenue generated from a discount campaign with 10 000 unique codes. The support i got to make this happen was just great. They helped me out untill the end. I can recommend this app 100%

I had a very easy time creating a report to export to Google Sheets, so my company could then feed it into our data/sales analysis. I needed a little help getting a report to overwrite an existing tab hourly, but Tony from the support team was able to assist quickly. Great app and great support!

Chan on the chat with ReportPundit was most helpful. It took a little while but the answer was found and I am very please not only with Chan but everyone else that has helped me.

This app does EVERYTHING we need it to, across all of our sites. The reports are perfect for our accounting team. The best part though is the customer service. They always respond quickly, and can pretty much do anything. Well worth the subscription fee!

I was looking for a solution to get robust reports for my Shopify store. Report Pundit has been exactly what I was looking for. It allows me to search by all the fields I wanted, including Metafields that I created. I love it. Also, the customer support is amazing. If I reach out with a request for a custom report, I hear back within a day and they have provided exactly what I was looking for. Love this app! Game changer.

The best app service I have ever received. Love the online chat option if you have any troubles and I requested to see if a personal report could be made for me and Mallesh couldn't be more helpful. Really useful! Good range of standard/template reports, and excellent customer service - they helped me set up custom reports that are exactly what I need (which I used to do manually).

Report Pundit is excellent! They provide a standard list of reports that may be useful. If you cannot find the information within one of these reports, you can create a custom report yourself or ask for assistance in creating one. They can always create a report with the information I need and within 24 hours! They are helpful and knowledgeable!
