Was able to get a useful custom report for a business issue we were dealing with. The person on live chat was very helpful to me.

We needed a few reports to replicate some of the numbers we were able to see on our old Wordpress site. After trying a variety of other apps, we found that Report Pundit was the one able to do what we wanted--almost. Since we imported most of our data, we had one or two little issues that were getting in the way. However, when we talked to the customer service reps on the app's live chat, we simply described the issue, and they literally changed the coding of the reports to pull the EXACT data we needed! And that wasn't the first time we got swift, direct help for our issues. The few features the app lacks is more than made up by the flexibility allowed by having a team willing to go the extra mile in giving you the report data you need.

Honestly the best app! I was so frustrated with the standard reports from Shopify but this has everything you could need! the support is amazing too, whatever you need to set up you can ask the chat and they set it up for you!

The App is very self-explanatory and it is super easy to build a report that suits your needs. I had some extra wishes which I was not able to build by my own and the customer service was super helpful and built what I needed within a few hours.

We use this app to help us generate more specific reports than we can get on Shopify. We also use the report scheduling for things like cash sales or special order items and it works great!. The customer service is excellent and they are very prompt in the chat and help create the exact reports or help you with any tech help asap. I would definitely recommend this reporting app to anyone. Updated to add: Darren helped me reschedule and edit a report today. He provided outstanding customer service and was super efficient.

Great app which gave me all the custom data I needed that I could not have pulled without report pundit. The customer service is also incredible and they were able to help me build the custom reports I needed and really added a ton of value. I highly recommend this app!

I was struggling with sales tax since some states require you to do it by county rather than the whole state, which Shopify does not show in their reports. The staff at Report Pundit were very helpful and accommodating when it came to assisting me with making custom reports for those county sales. Even though I hired an accountant to file my taxes for me, this definitely took a huge weight off my and their shoulders so we wouldn’t have to go through every individual sale! I definitely recommend this app for anyone that was struggling with the same issues as I was. This was definitely the cheapest and easiest alternative as well.

Amazing reporting app - the fact it connects to third party software like Shipstation is amazing. Even better is the customer support to help you with reports!! Most used app we use!!! HIGHLY Recommend!

The support responded me instantly, they created the report I needed based on what I needed, I didn't even have to go through the settings myself which saved me a lot of time and mistakes, very glad to use this app, highly recommended!
