Report Pundit: Custom Reports

I was a little hesitant at first about downloading and trying this app. After reading some very positive reviews I decided to give it a try. This app is AMAZING! I was able to quickly set up and format reports after only a few minutes of installing it. The interface is very user friendly and makes customizing reports a snap. I did have a couple of minor questions though. Much to my surprise (and delight) the Chat support was available 24/7 and was actually staffed by people that instantly knew how to solve my issues. (Note: The problem was due to my setup, not due to the app) This will definitely be my 'go to' app for Shopify reports from this point forward and be my recommendation to anyone that asks!

This app has been so helpful for inventory and order management. I've had three custom reports built, and each time, the people at Report Pundit have been responsive and thorough. If something is ever off, they fix it for me immediately. It's intuitive to use and has so many options. If you can't find it, their team will help create it.

I have been looking for a way to run fulfillment reports from Shopify, was really lucky to have a rep from Shopify suggest Report Pundit. It was exactly what we needed, only wished we had known about it 12 months ago (to save all the pain we had to go through to get a similar report- without having to manually adjust/manipulate the data). Report Pundit gave us exactly what we needed and support team is very helpful in getting us more if needed! I added the app to 2 other stores and it was the perfect reporting app for my needs. Customer support is excellent and always available to help!

Very helpful when we needed to create a report to see our costs for shipping (which Shopify does not provide). Report Pundit is the only way we would've been able to retrieve this data, and they put together the report for us after a quick help chat!

I used this app to help me pull reports that would have otherwise required me to upgrade my Shopify plan to $299/month. I am very grateful for this option! Customer service was great. I asked how to pull a certain report and they created it for me very quickly. Very happy so far! And it seems I can get everything I need on the free plan, so I am happy about that too!

This app not only handles all of our reporting needs. But does so at a fraction of the price of other like reporting apps. The customer service is fast and wonderful. Could not recommend it more.

Diese App ist einfach großartig! Habe verschiedene Reporting-Apps getestet und bin immer auf Einschränkungen gestoßen, die auch der Support nicht lösen konnte. --> Report Pundit ist aus unserer Sicht die optimale Lösung! Durch die Option, über Custom-Fields die bestehende Datenauswahl beliebig zu erweitern, gibt es eigentlich kein Limit. Der Support ist extrem schnell und bemüht. Alle Anfragen und Anforderungen wurden zeitnah umgesetzt. Die individuelle Anpassung der Reports ist dazu auch noch kostenfrei!

There are always a ton of apps that do pretty similar things. This app delivers on that count so thats not such a big surprise. The thing that really sets this app apart was how fast and how accurate the support was! Shawn was amazingly fast and polite (not to mention extremely helpful) in answering my queries and was so patient with me. Furthermore, not only did he create the custom report that i wanted, he helped me with another custom report that i was trying to play around with and solved it right on the spot. To be honest its rather annoying to have to pay for some many apps on Shopify, but the one thing that i'll be glad to pay for is responsive and good customer service.

We use this app for all kind or reports, statistics & balances. it is amazing, the developers are most of the times at reach and they will do any customisations or help for your reports in a short period of time. The best part is you can set Schedules to email the reports automatically in excel or pdf format, in portrait even landscape orientation. i highly recommend this application, it is a life saver.

Even though we use Matrixify for some heavy lifting which natively just doesn't really exist in Shopify, sometimes you need additional tools when you wish to get pretty deep with analysis for customer's bespoke needs. Their live support is always online and they'll be able to resolve your issues there and then. So no long waiting for support ticket turnaround or blackhole response times. If you're considering whether or not to pull the trigger with RP, just do it, you won't regret it. Trust me :)
