I use this app to do commission reports and other custom reports that I can't pull from Shopify. The customer service is excellent. I reached out to request a field and John got back to me within a day with the added custom field which saved me hours of work. Definitely would recommend this app for more in-depth and custom reports.

I used report Pundit for all kinds sales related report and utilize as tool and base for further business analysis. The customer service is responsive and helpful. The only thing I would like to report pundit to have would be the inventory O/H report for month-end and inventory movement report, I believe report pundit will become the first go-to Shopify app once it develops more robust and comprehensive coverage.

ReportPundit is probably the most powerful analysis tool available for crunching all kinds of data, including data required for payment reconciliation. Great support, helping with creating custom reports as needed.

I had a question during the sync process during the onboarding. James with customer service answered my question then offered to set up a couple of reports while we were waiting for sync to complete. Best customer service!!

First, excellent customer support. They will help you build complex reports and scheduling, even things not available in the front-end of the app, so don't hesitate to talk to them if you need help. Second, this app is great for running reports that would be too detailed for the standard Shopify interface. This saves me hours of manual spreadsheet work every month.

Update 4/6/22 : I have been using Report Pundit for my workflow since we started using the App. The Team is AMAZING at creating reports & even custom fields based on calculations I give them & they write the code. I export Hourly Daily Monthly different report-types into Google Sheets, & automatically emailed to Selling Partners for 'Live Linked' Interactive Reports! If you love your data - Get this app & use the Automation! Original Review : I had trouble creating my own collections report- but Sam, Madhu, Subash all gave amazing customer service and saved the day! Very Fast, easily communicative, and kind. Very impressed!
