I was working on a report, but I can't get the info I need... I messaged with James from the customer support he created for me the report I required, and he waits patently that everything was good by my side. What he put together was just what I was looking for. Excellent customer service, 10/10

2nd review - just want to say again the customer service is the best, they always answer instantly and always sort your problem extremely fast. I haven't had better support from any other app. The reports are excellent. I recommend this app to anyone that wants to know their business figures. 1st review - Great App, so many reports available and if the one you want isn't available you can create it yourself, or support will help you. Customer service is 5*.

While working on a report, I was unable to get the data I needed. I messaged with James in customer support while on the ReportPundit page and he was most helpful in getting me exactly what I needed. James crafted a version of it, messaged me the link so I could check it out to see if any additional information was needed. What he put together was just what I was looking for. Excellent customer service in a very timely manner!

I was looking for an app to show me vendor sell through numbers which I couldn't seem to find anywhere else. The customer service had asked if I needed a custom report and were able to build me the exact report I needed in such a short time! They were so helpful and so quick to get back to me. Highly recommend this app!

I needed to add on this app for end of year inventory reports and since I have needed to add custom reports. I was very easy to click on the Live Chat box and talk with a representative who quickly customized the report I needed. This app is worth the small monthly fee.

Awesome customer service, these guys added the "Tracking Company" field to the app so that I could pull a report showing which carrier was used to ship the product. Dominic was extremely helpful. 10 Stars

Honestly, the app itself is nice - but they get you with the customer service. They are SOO helpful and will get done whatever you need. It's made bookkeeping and receiving reports so much easier for me. I really really appreciate the app and the people behind it. Thank you so much!! If I could give 100 stars I would.

Great support. They've created some really helpful reports for us. The integration with Google Sheets has saved us hours each week. Their service is always top knotch! Bhumika was amazing!

Report Pundit enables us to easily automatically export reports on a schedule and upload them via FTP. Their support has always been helpful and after some tweaks by them, the app is now working well for us.

Great app and even better customer service. We love the custom reporting and the detail in orders that Shopify doesn't provide. Every Shopify store should use this app.

We started using Report Pundit to fill in for features Shopify should have built in but doesn't. It was very easy to get going and their support is extremely helpful and very responsive. It's very robust and I can see it quickly becoming an invaluable tool in our reporting toolbox.

Amazing app and support. I have multiple stores and they (Sam) consolidated all of of the sales in a report for me. Now, I can add the necessary fields and filters as I see fit and pull sales data per store and for all stores combined.

I got sick of struggling with Easy Reports, so I tried Report Pundit. Nice and clean, lots of options. I had a couple of issues, so I hit the Live Chat. I got a real human, not a bot, who understood my problem, and FIXED IT. Just like that. Including making custom columns for me. Subscribing now. Highly recommend.
