Use this to forecast inventory for purchasing and also to run a whole host of other types of reports for our accountants. It's very good, even better, if I'm stuck and ask on the live chat, usually in a couple of minutes they build a report for me that does exactly what I need.

A great app which allows us to report on details that Shopify cannot. The ability to schedule reports also saves us a lot of time each week/month. The main reason for the 5 stars however is the service we have received from their support staff. They respond quickly, they're extremely competent, friendly and they get stuff done.

No matter how much we like Shopify, we have to admit that their reports are severely lacking. So we hunted around for a good reporting app. We tried some that had good ratings but weren't totally satisfied until we discovered Report Pundit. I'm not sure I can truly express how much I like this app. No, LOVE this app! Firstly, the reports are awesome, and exporting them to Excel (without extra cost!) makes them useful outside Shopify. Then consider that you can edit any existing report to your liking, but if that isn't enough you can literally make a custom report for any data that is in your Shopify database! OK... now for the clincher. Twice now, I created a custom report, ran into issues (user education problem), and used the support chat right on the reports page. Both times I got a quick response and resolution. I can't even imagine anything better! End your search and stress now. Just install it. You won't regret it!

If your not using this, your missing out! Slice, dice and filter your shopify data. Support is amazing, they will even help you to make the report you need! Just try it, you will not be disappointed!

So impressed with Report Pundit. The variety of reports and options meets all of our needs. Customer service is excellent and can help you generate reports. Highly recommend this app. Don't use Shopify without it. The customer service is top-notch. They will help you trouble shoot in real time and help you create a report or create one for you.
