Amazing. They will create any report for you instantly. I ran into an issue and wasnt sure if I could make the report and I just hopped on the chat and they created it instantly.

Fantastic service, the team helped us make our custom reports right from live chat, it was amazing and saved us hours! This is a low-fi/simple reporting tool with a LOT of flexibility and the options that let us make exactly the report we want and email it to us every day. Saved us hours and had the options other reporting tools lacked. Give it a try!

Terrific app! and terrific customer service !! We kept testing different apps for many different reports on our shopify plus stores , ReportPundit really stands out and their customer service is above and beyond !

Give the support time and the functionality of the app high marks. Disappointed that they charge a monthly fee for a standard report paired with one additional field.

Been a great reporting app that has helped me get all the reports I've needed like overstock slow sellers. Products that haven't sold at all etc. You can create so many reports that it's an extremely valuable app to have. Highly recommend.

I've recently needed a sales report that combines data from several stores and the team at Report Pundit quickly facilitated the report per my specifications. Great customer service!

The Report Pundit team has been very responsive in helping to make sure we get the right reports setup. The report setup process is simple and quick. Love the ability to schedule reports and various means of sharing the files. I suspect our use of this app will only grow over time!

I needed this for tax purposes. My store is in USD and I need it converted to GBP. Customer service were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

UPDATE: Do Good Shop.org has been using this app for a while now and it is still and unbelievably helpful tool! We stand by our earlier review (below) and add even more stars for this app! Saves our lives every quarter for sales tax filing. This is so helpful for separating out our non-taxable items when filing/paying our quarterly sales taxes. Also, the customer service is quick, thorough, and friendly! Highly recommend!

Absolutely great app. We've used a couple of reporting tools in the past that are either over-priced or underwhelming. Then we found ReportPundit which is not only full of features, but affordable enough that you don't need to think too much about it. We've already gleaned loads of useful insights and the customer support is amazing as well - shoutout to James!

We were looking for a way to make certain detailed reports from order notes that Shopify wouldn't let us do. This app covers SO MANY things, and when asked to help us with a custom report, they did so quickly, professionally, and kindly. Amazing!!
