Excellent support both through email and chat. Really, really appreciate the offers to help with customization and scripting to create whatever is needed. Love the scheduling features. I was stuck with metafield implementation and they immediately & successfully came to the rescue! Tons of control over all types of reporting. Immediate sync functionality which is missing in many other reporting tools. Thank you, RP!!

I used this to help me know how much I made total from one product. It's great because they have 24/7 customer service allowing you to customize it to any conditions needed such as accounting for shopify's transaction fee! Was super helpful in allowing me to knowbhow much money to put aside for things. And very timely and responsive.

The amount of hours I have spent trying to search for an app that can do everything this one can would amount to DAYS of my time. Oh my god... this app is everything you need when it comes to filtering orders by data on a very customized level. It's also very user friendly if you are equipped to handle data like this. I have tried other apps on here and they don't even compare to how streamlined this one is when it comes to creating custom reports that allow you to get the information you need in just a few clicks. Great app and can only get better. I use it to produce a product report from sales. This enables us to plan production runs. I also use it to report and sort deliveries by postcode. This enables us to better prepare routes for delivery. It would be great to customise the CSV output a bit but I am sure this will come.

I have tried to use the native Shopify reports, but ended up having to merge several spreadsheets. This app can do it all in one spreadsheet and allows you to schedule and email the reports. Also, the customer service has been excellent. They will create custom reports for you same day for no charge.

This app has been incredibly helpful to quickly pull any data we need for our business. While we are not a power user, and haven't had to ask for custom reports yet, we have had people reach out to see if we need them, which I appreciate. Overall a great product and very simple to use.
