This app is amazing, and their customer service is even better. Someone is always available via chat to help you create reports or help you with any issue. You will absolutely not regret the purchase, the amount of time saved is amazing. No need to keep looking for report apps, this is THE one. I highly recommend this to any business looking for more detailed reports !

We have been very pleased with the ease of use and completeness of the Report Pundit reporting. While we have had a few questions reconciling with Shopify, the staff has been amazing helping us work through any issues quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend. UPDATE: Customer service has been amazing. Helping me create reports and figure out how to get additional information (not supported by Shopify) into my Sales Reports so that I can see a clear picture of the Sales and Costs associated with each order. Very easy to use and understand. It has become my most used app! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks! UPDATE: I continue to be overwhelmed with the customer support at Report Pundits! We have been using RP for almost a year. It is an integral part of my month-end reporting. RP gives flexibility to the Shopify data that is just not available in the Shopify system. I am able to filter on tags and create detailed reports that wouldn't otherwise be possible. The data management and reporting allows our company to review operations in great detail using many different key performance indicators - made possible by RP! I continue to be a huge supporter of RP! - - - 2025 - Still a huge fan of report pundits. Been using for years, I don't know what we would do without it! Not only are the reports that are linked to shopify incredibly helpful, the support is amazing and almost always responsive within minutes!

EXCELLENT APP! We are a flower shop. We've been on their previous version "Data Export APP" before moving to Report Pundit and it was already great! That app did everything we needed, but the interface was a bit old school. This is a definite enhancement for a marginal price. Much more flexible and intuitive to use, but still the same amazing instant customization service through a chat window. We are a flower shop and are using it on daily basis to run daily order reports for florists, delivery company and and create shipping labels and card notes for the products! We also use it to create monthly revenue reports and analyze our clientele.

This app is amazing! I took days to find out in other apps and at the end i could never get what i really wanted. The support is awesome and now i can see what i really need! Thank you so much, really recommend this app!

This app is great and well priced compared to others. Their support is really helpful. So far we're using the app to view pending fulfillment quantities by SKU in order to correct inventory quantity errors.

I've loved everything about this app so far. It has solved all reporting short falls of the standard Shopify. The scheduling tool is fantastic and the support is top notch. If you can't figure something out their team is on the spot to help you out.

Great Customer service John build a report for me for tax purposes separated states for me for sale use tax reporting. Would recommend for al your report needs. So many great reports to choose from as well.

I love this app, there is really no other way to see an accurate inventory in Shopify, especially if you are doing pre-orders. The customer service has been really great so far and the price is right ! There are a lot of more detailed reports which I have yet to use but this app has saved me an enormous amount of time in emailing Shopify CS, alone !

Great app, amazing team! I needed to pull some report metrics which aren't standard in Shopify. Found Report Pundit after tons of research. Other reviewer's weren't kidding when they say their support team goes above and beyond. They helped generate the report needed and even fixed some issues within a few hours to ensure the numbers were fully accurate.

Easily one of our favorite apps. Shopify reporting is very basic (at least on our plan). We were going to have to pay an extra $40-50 a month in hosting just to get the numbers we needed. This app is incredible. It saves us so much time in calculating, has incredibly versatile reporting features, and it has pre-made reports I hadn't even thought to consider. Plus, if there's something you need that you can't figure out, I hopped on the chat to ask if it was an option and they created it for me on my account then walked me through how to edit it if I wanted something different. So thankful for them.

I really appreciate how these guys help create custom reports and automation. I have been able to get all reports that I needed, and even emailed to me on schedule. Extremely helpful!
