Subash was amazing and immediately understood what I needed, pulled 3 reports layering on information that I could save as templates. I was having to do a lot of manual work in shopify adding in commodity, price and style aggregated without detailed skus per size which was a big waste of time. Report pundit has made it possible to simply pull by style/clr without added sku level information for an aggregate view and is saving me a ton of time. Highly recommended.

Setting up daily reports for staff is easy to do. This app has been a big help for us. Tech support is fast and very helpful. They have helped me set up many custom reports very quickly. They always seem to be available via messenger.

The best data app by far! Also, they provide super fast and helpful support when you have advanced questions. I highly recommend! [UPDATE] -- I just wanted to update this review because of happy I am with this reporting tool. The features are comparable with MUCH more expensive tools you'll find out there. Additionally, the availability and responsiveness of app support is amazing. What a great product all around. Well worth your time to start here before looking elsewhere.

This app is amazing, and their customer service is even better. Someone is always available via chat to help you create reports or help you with any issue. You will absolutely not regret the purchase, the amount of time saved is amazing. No need to keep looking for report apps, this is THE one. We have been very pleased with the ease of use and completeness of the Report Pundit reporting. While we have had a few questions reconciling with Shopify, the staff has been amazing helping us work through any issues quickly and efficiently! Highly recommend. UPDATE: Customer service has been amazing. Helping me create reports and figure out how to get additional information (not supported by Shopify) into my Sales Reports so that I can see a clear picture of the Sales and Costs associated with each order. Very easy to use and understand. It has become my most used app! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks! UPDATE: I continue to be overwhelmed with the customer support at Report Pundits! We have been using RP for almost a year. It is an integral part of my month-end reporting. RP gives flexibility to the Shopify data that is just not available in the Shopify system. I am able to filter on tags and create detailed reports that wouldn't otherwise be possible. The data management and reporting allows our company to review operations in great detail using many different key performance indicators - made possible by RP! I continue to be a huge supporter of RP! - - - 2025 - Still a huge fan of report pundits. Been using for years, I don't know what we would do without it! Not only are the reports that are linked to shopify incredibly helpful, the support is amazing and almost always responsive within minutes!

EXCELLENT APP! We are a flower shop. We've been on their previous version "Data Export APP" before moving to Report Pundit and it was already great! That app did everything we needed, but the interface was a bit old school. This is a definite enhancement for a marginal price. Much more flexible and intuitive to use, but still the same amazing instant customization service through a chat window. We are a flower shop and are using it on daily basis to run daily order reports for florists, delivery company and and create shipping labels and card notes for the products! We also use it to create monthly revenue reports and analyze our clientele.
