Report Pundit: Custom Reports

Jim has been helping us tremendously! We've had lots of questions and they've answered in a timely manner. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand. We are happy to switch to Report Pundit!

A super helpful app for what should be built in to Shopify (in our opinion!). But, very happy to support an independent developer that's helping us sellers out. The team has even helped us build our custom reports over live chat in real time. So - a great app and great customer support. Good stuff.

I used the app to create a report needed to easily determine my sales tax numbers to be able to enter them in on the online websites we used to report and pay our sales tax. After playing with it a few minutes, wow, I found a ton of reports that can be scheduled and email to me for better analysis of my business. And when I could quite get the report the exact way I wanted, I simply emailed/chat with one of the reps and they either update the report or created a new one for me. And best part, the report was given to me in minutes/hours not days. GREAT APP!!!

Easy to use app with even better service. You are able to create a lot of reports to better understand your business.

We use this app for monthly sales tax calculations. Shopify gives you total amount per county but does not include the amount of Taxable Sales per county - which is much needed when doing sales tax. With a little help from this company, they customized our report on the first contact to meet our needs! This will save us a tremendous amount of time calculating sales tax!

Helpdesk is great at answering questions and building reports. Can schedule / automate reports as well!

10/10 recommend this app. The live chat i always on point, and there isn't a report that I've requested that they couldn't help me build. I highly suggest you use the Report Pundit for Shopify reporting.

Great help from Dominic today. He made some perfect custom fields for me. I would like to be able to make custom fields too and am requesting that you make that option available for us with online tutorials.

I used this app to create a sales report for one particular discount code and in the middle of trying to figure it out I had a chat window pop up with live support (and it was late at night) and Dominic offered to create the report I was looking for free and it was done in less than 10 minutes!! Totally worth it!

So far so great. I just re-downloaded this app. I needed help creating a report that couldn't be done in the Shopify plan I'm on and they were amazing! They created it for me in no time and it was a super easy process. Thanks so much for your help!
