Great for creating instant reports. They've got a lot of ready templates but you can also have one made. App is a bit technical so you might need help creating a custom one but they have a live chat feature where you can tell them what you need & they'll create it for you.

This App is brilliant. It can tell you immediately how many of each item you've sold, who your best customers are, anything you need! The online help is also excellent. So glad I found it.

We are still in the trial period, but as a data analyst, this report app is spot on. Helpful support and tonnes of data segments to pull into as many reports as you want. We have 10 domains that we will be rolling into the same app account in order to see all purchase data in one single report. Very useful and perfect for marketing and financial reporting. The best I have seen for an excellent price. User interface is very simple too.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. At the writing of this review, we have been using the app for about a month. Thus far, the customer support has been excellent! These guys (and ladies?) have been very attentive and most helpful in answering my questions and special requests. They will indeed customize and provide additional need fields if at all possible for them to retrieve from Shopify. I appreciate the numerous fields they make available so that we can export the data to Excel for specialized reporting. In Excel, we keep the information in a table. From the table, we create pivot tables and use various formulas (such as Filter function and others) for customized reporting to present to our director and board of directors. Thanks guys! AMAZED BY THE SUPPORT. I upgraded shopify store plan just to get better report, but wasn't able to get what I wanted. So I was looking around for an app to help, and this is one of the most reasonably priced and took a trial. Upon installing, IMMEDIATELY I was greeted with customer support that offered to help me create the report I needed... FREE. WOW. Saved me lots of hours tinkering around for the report I needed (I needed urgently too). Thank you Reuben and ReportPundit!! PS: If you are running a business, you will need this to help you see your profits and margins better. Shopify reports can't even tell me the nett amount after shopify transaction fees.....

I started using this app in hopes to get accurate detailed reports. I was a little confused when I first downloaded the app, but I was contacted by a rep and instantly he was available to chat through the site. He also helped me add all the reports that I need to run my store. It was such a quick and easy experience. I look froward to using this app!

I have been trying to get a quick and simple report to show me my sales by product type and the inventory valuation for budgeting. Reuben was really quick and helpful and gave me a report in less than a minute. I love immediate gratification. Grateful for his help and this app. I hope to find more of this in the future with Report Pundit! UPDATE: I needed a little clarification and some new columns, VINCENT was a gem. He explained and helped clean up a few errors and got me on to the report that is the hub of my business for budgeting. Quick, simple, easy. The way I like it!

Have been trying to find an app to help reconcile Shopify to Paypal and this app has all that as well as any other requirements at a much more reasonable price. Support is fantastic and helps with custom report requirements quickly. Is easy to use and easy to customize. I haven't yet found the perfect solution to matching Shopify to PayPal for accounting purposes but this app supplies as much as can be it seems. There are many many other useful reports that are generated quickly. Seems to have all the information anyone would need.

Very versatile reporting app. At first may seem a bit overwhelming with all the options, etc; but the support chat box in the app works great! They were able to help me with some issues quickly; and made good suggestions for improvements. Highly recommended app.

This is the app you need for organization. You can run reports to see who exactly ordered which product and how many of that product you ordered. I use it as a running 7 day report. The report I have automatically populate gives me name, product, qty and variant. Customer service is 24 hours a day 5 days a week with limited hours on the weekend WHICH IS STELLAR. No other apps on Shopify provide this type of support!!! Must download!

I use this app to organise my orders for customers and to order stock from suppliers. I use it more than any other app in Shopify - it is simple to use and super flexible giving you access to all of the data in your store in whatever format you want. I love spreadsheets so I simply download the data and configure the reports in Excel. This Ap is a huge time saver and the team at Report Pundit are on hand whenever I had a question. I used another Ap which was OK - but very limited and more expensive. Thanks guys!
