The support team is great! They have helped me customize a report to tailor to my accounting and finance needs. The app is very intuitive and easier to use than others I have tried. Highly recommend!

I like Report Pundit. I like how we have access to all of the data and the process to create a report is pretty intuitive. They were also very helpful in assisting us in creating reports.

Reportpundit has one of the best support systems I have ever experienced. They should be the pinnacle example of what EVERY company's support team should look, feel and act like. Every request we make, the reps ALWAYS make the report for us and seriously help us out with any request. You guys are amazing, you have my biggest thank you for all the help you have provided us for the last 6 months.

Quick to reply and setup the reports I asked for. Easy to use and has everything you could need. Great selection of reports out of the box.

Worth every dollar, was struggling with creating commission reports based off the tags we put in every order each month. Love every feature this app offers and if you need help message them in the bottom left corner. They are on it! Thank you - Canna River

Our accounting dept needed a comprehensive report that could be used for our month end sales reports. The team behind Report Pundit were always quick to respond, and started making any changes we requested within minutes of our asking. Amazing Service. 100% RECOMMEND. Update as of 3/3/2021 - We still rely HEAVILY on Report Pundit, along with a few other departments now at our company. RP continues to answer quickly and provide us with whatever reports we ask for. Great for creating instant reports. They've got a lot of ready templates but you can also have one made. App is a bit technical so you might need help creating a custom one but they have a live chat feature where you can tell them what you need & they'll create it for you.

Exactly what we needed ! We also needed to pull out specific metafields and their team was so quick to show us how to do it. I was already in love with their other App, but Report Pundit is amazing.

We are still in the trial period, but as a data analyst, this report app is spot on. Helpful support and tonnes of data segments to pull into as many reports as you want. We have 10 domains that we will be rolling into the same app account in order to see all purchase data in one single report. Very useful and perfect for marketing and financial reporting. The best I have seen for an excellent price. User interface is very simple too.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. At the writing of this review, we have been using the app for about a month. Thus far, the customer support has been excellent! These guys (and ladies?) have been very attentive and most helpful in answering my questions and special requests. They will indeed customize and provide additional need fields if at all possible for them to retrieve from Shopify. I appreciate the numerous fields they make available so that we can export the data to Excel for specialized reporting. In Excel, we keep the information in a table. From the table, we create pivot tables and use various formulas (such as Filter function and others) for customized reporting to present to our director and board of directors. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work :)
