Report Pundit: Custom Reports

This app is great and well priced compared to others. Their support is really helpful. So far we're using the app to view pending fulfillment quantities by SKU in order to correct inventory quantity errors.

I've loved everything about this app so far. It has solved all reporting short falls of the standard Shopify. The scheduling tool is fantastic and the support is top notch. If you can't figure something out their team is on the spot to help you out.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service. Great tool to build some serious analytics .

I love this app, there is really no other way to see an accurate inventory in Shopify, especially if you are doing pre-orders. The customer service has been really great so far and the price is right ! There are a lot of more detailed reports which I have yet to use but this app has saved me an enormous amount of time in emailing Shopify CS, alone !

Great app, amazing team! I needed to pull some report metrics which aren't standard in Shopify. Found Report Pundit after tons of research. Other reviewer's weren't kidding when they say their support team goes above and beyond. They helped generate the report needed and even fixed some issues within a few hours to ensure the numbers were fully accurate.

Easily one of our favorite apps. Shopify reporting is very basic (at least on our plan). We were going to have to pay an extra $40-50 a month in hosting just to get the numbers we needed. This app is incredible. It saves us so much time in calculating, has incredibly versatile reporting features, and it has pre-made reports I hadn't even thought to consider. Plus, if there's something you need that you can't figure out, I hopped on the chat to ask if it was an option and they created it for me on my account then walked me through how to edit it if I wanted something different. So thankful for them.

The reports are useful, and the staff is helpful. They made a custom report for me that was quite complex, and they did it very quickly. Excellent communication.

I was looking for a way to provide automated reports from our new Shopify store with the exact data my Exec Council was receiving from our different locations on a daily and weekly basis and even other date ranges so as to do some efficient promotional analysis. The amount of existing template was amazing and very useful. But I wanted to have a report that would condense the specific data I needed, including some sales data by vendors and by product types. I tried 3 other apps before I found Report Pundit, and none were able to do the job. Pundit Support worked numerous hours putting my reports together (it took more time than necessary until I could figure out what I needed based on what was possible, but we nailed it and we have the exact report my execs need for any time frame desired. We even have them automatically reported on schedule to everyone who need or want them. And we even have them automatically added to Google Drive/sheet so whatever computer our Execs use, they can access our sales reports for free on their existing computer. Like many of us I was looking for Free reports, but the small fee to pay for these reports generated by Pundit will save 10-15 hours for each location manager weekly and will eliminate human errors - which also amounts in weekly hours of frustration for some execs who have a hard time to collect exact data from new managers! So thank you so much Report Pundit, you are providing a most valuable service which we wish was available from Shopify standardly. But personalized data can not be provided by a generic outfit and you fill this void exceptionally! JP :-)

Awesome! Unlimited amount of data points that can create any report you can imagine. And if you get stuck at anytime the customer support is lightning fast.

Superb and easy to use! The live support has so far been instant and their project knowledge is faultless Reports are instant and if the data is held within Shopify, then you'll be able to report on it. The biggest benefit I've found is being able to report on sales by customer tag, something shopify does not offer.

Have been using this app for a lot of operational work and analytics. Had a small problem with one of my reports and the guys fixed it for me on chat withing 15 minutes. Do not think twice before getting this app. Works great.
