I have tried to use the native Shopify reports, but ended up having to merge several spreadsheets. This app can do it all in one spreadsheet and allows you to schedule and email the reports. Also, the customer service has been excellent. They will create custom reports for you same day for no charge.

This app has been incredibly helpful to quickly pull any data we need for our business. While we are not a power user, and haven't had to ask for custom reports yet, we have had people reach out to see if we need them, which I appreciate. Overall a great product and very simple to use.

Very fast and helpful reporting program to show the data we need for our store. I tried other report apps that had pieces of what we were looking for but none could offer the quantity and customizations that this app offered. Their greatest strength is customer service. The team is friendly and work hard to customize reports based on my stores unique set up and transaction history. Highly recommended!

Believe the hype! Fantastic App, Super easy to use and provides really valuable information at an affordable price. Can't recommend enough. Wouldn't be without it. EDIT: Have been using Report Pundit for over 3 years. The support is the best and most consistent I have ever had. There is very little they can't do for you with regards to building custom reports. Thanks so much team.

The app is very flexible and you have the posibility to make any report you may need. Once I understood how to set all the different variables (with a litle help from the fantastic customer service), I got everything I needed. Thanks!

Very versatile app - really allows for great in-depth analysis of A LOT of different stats, including Products, Customers, Inventory, Transactions etc. It's surprising that some of this isn't built in to Shopify as standard - but this app definitely fulfils that need. The support is SUPERB too - almost instant responses on the chat and so far they've been able to help with every single query we've thrown at them. The 5 star reviews are justified - wouldn't hesitate to recommend this app.

The functionality and the ability to adapt/tailor the reports to suit sales, procurement and warehouse departments is very good indeed. I found the support very far to reply and quick to resolve problems, even creating reports for me - excellent

This is a great app that has exactly what I needed to offer. It has great reporting for my thousands of products and has a great feature for me to send my creditors scheduled sales reports. The customer service is very good where I got all the help I needed!

So far this app has been great. The flexibility and the wide range of available filters are extremely useful, and being able to schedule a report to save to a google sheet is something I didn't know i needed until now. Pulling reports sometimes takes a few minutes, especially if the report is searching a larger pool, but chat support helped me alter my filters to cut that time down significantly.

Report Pundit has been a lifesaver. Their chat support is excellent and we haven't found a report they couldn't create. They are definitely the best report engine we have tried through Shopify.

LOVE this app! If you know what you need to see, it's the only reporting app you need. Just select the fields you want to view and viola it spits out the information and ACCURATELY! First time sync takes some time but then it loads pretty quickly. Support is great too! If you finally want to see some clear answers on how things are doing in your store, get this app :)
