Great - had trouble trying to integrate trust pilot, but used this and got it linked to trust pilot so solved the problem!

Its a bit on a cheat as you need to pay for their other app to actually publish any reviews on google. I will be making a complaint with Shopify as it looks like they purposefully miss-lead you and trick you into buying this
Hello, We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our app. Please note that our app is primarily designed to collect reviews, although we’ve recently added widgets for displaying them as well. You can add widgets to display your reviews for free in the 'Display Reviews' tab. However, if you’re looking for more flexibility in displaying your reviews with different widget layouts and greater control over the widget’s appearance, we recommend using our other apps that are specifically designed for review display. We’ve also sent you an email to address your concerns and make things right.

Reputon review app has been working really well for me. I like that it allows you to direct customers to review you on Trustpilot, etc. It also nice that you can set it up so it sends customers a second email if they haven't given you a review yet. Also, I recently appreciated that Reputon avoided posting an unwarranted negative review that a customer gave. The customer wanted to blame me for the slow delivery from their post office. Thankfully Reputon avoided this review which could have had a negative impact on my shop which is still in the early stages of growth.

The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.
