great simple set up, beware it has hidden costs

Shopify offers limited options for collecting Google Reviews. I installed two available apps and found Reputon the easiest to use, with a better content layout. Most importantly, its emails don't end up in the junk mail folder. Additionally, the customer service is great. It would be even better if the app allowed us to send emails from our domain email address. I highly recommend this app.

So far so good. super easy to setup and I love the workflow potential of routing negative reviews to us before giving them our public facing review sites.
