Still checking, will update after few days. So far so good. One thing, I'm missing, select our previous customers doesn't fall under filtering and send review email manually.

I love how easy this app is to set up. Tried a few other review apps that were way more complicated and they did not meet my needs. This app is simple, easy to set up and has clear instruction in the few places they are needed. I love it! It blocked a negative review that was actually from a scammer so I am very pleased that it did not reach Google and arnish my store's 5 star reputation. Thank you Reputon!!

I used this app for get more reviews. This app really helps me achieve that goal and also minimize the impact of customers leaving the negative reviews, which allow us an opportunity to work things out with the customers. Thank you for all you do!

Problems were fixed and the app now works great. I recommend upgrading your plan, it's worth it. The first thing people see when viewing our website is all of our great reviews! Woohoo!
