Great add for my store. Installed it and got my first new review the very next day. Wish i had installed it sooner

seem to work during the 1st 24h batch ( about 8 review for 40 email) ... then, no review for all other email ( 70+ ). Not sure that it work for real... this ratio is impossible.

Love this app! we immediately started receiving feedback from our customers which was useful to make sure we were improving our offering.

Still using the free version and we have seen a jump in daily page views - about 30% more page views in 6 weeks. We are going to likely upgrade as the orders seem to also be jumping 30%. Was this app the reason why? Too early to tell, but we have had 7 (5) Star reviews and (1) 4 Star review. Google is likely rewarding us with better organic placement. Worth a shot if you are on the fence.

Easy to setup, very early but we will be sure to comment how the app works and what the results are. update: we received a negative review and the app emailed me directly with the negative feedback, this allowed us to address the issue right away and find a solution for the customer. Definitely recommend as it is very easy and intuitive. Allows for positive interactions with customers

Too early to tell, but so far so good. Setup is definitely easy, so that deserves 5 stars for sure. I'll update if anything bad comes up

So good so far. Only just downloaded and the process was easy and straight forward. I will update my feedback once I have used the software for a few weeks. The only thing I would like to add is the ability to add in customers and emails for orders not placed via shopify.

Just installed and enabled. Looks good so far! It's very simple to use, no coding required, and looks clean and is exactly what I was after. Thank you! I will update if there's any issues. EDIT: After enabling, emails for previous orders immediately sent out. Within genuinely 1 minute, we've already gotten a new 5 star review from a happy customer!

Installed a couple of days ago, 14 emails sent so far have 37% click through rate, but not showing any review on facebook or google yet, waiting to see what comes up. Look forward to seeing the boost in feedbacks. Love this app! Once we've built up a few more reviews we'll install the display app so customers can see them on the website as well as on Google and Facebook.

Very Easy to get reviews. Simple solution to a need service. I just started with it, but looks like it is an easy solution
