It took a couple moments to set up. I like that we could customize the email that is sent out to our customers. Looking forward to seeing the reviews we generate.

Our store was doing about $100,000 in online sales a year but not getting more than a few google reviews a month. Less than a week after we added the app we went from 30 positive reviews to over 50 and adding daily. Couldn't be happier.
