This app is great. It notifies me when reviews are only "satisfactory" - allowing me to contact the customer to find out what the issue is and resolve it to make them happy! So glad I added this app to my shop.

This app is really good in filtering the bad feedback. Very user friendly, it is very easy to set up. Good customer service, replied to me within a day. The only thing I wished if I could see the list of customers this app has sent the email to, instead of just numbers.

I love how we can capture negative reviews - a lot of times the negatives we get are from people who have never contacted our store so this is really helpful!

Works great so far. Like that there are options I can customize to our business without having to pay for a higher tier. 7-19-21 update - blocked bad review that was due to shipping company destroying box which we had no control over once it left our store. Thank you

I'm really satisfied with the way this app work it gives me more control over reviews and allows me to get in touch with customer before having them posting their review.

Update-after 2 years of using this app it still amazes me the seamless syncs from customer emails to Google. It is awesome! We have used others on the past but this app gets the most reviews back from the customer It lets you know any negative ones so you can follow up with the customer to resolve issues. We are now receiving more and more reviews. We highly recommend installing the app. Customer service and notifications are excellent. The app goes over and beyond what I expected.

Good app and helped build up my Google reviews. Only downside is that I struggled to change the design of the email template to fit in with my website style

I've been using the app for 24 hours so far, we received 1 email / review already where we can address the customer issue prior to be released to the public and we've received 2 public 5 star reviews. We started with no public reviews and we are building our web-based reviews from scratch. We are quite please so far.

seem to work during the 1st 24h batch ( about 8 review for 40 email) ... then, no review for all other email ( 70+ ). Not sure that it work for real... this ratio is impossible.

Still using the free version and we have seen a jump in daily page views - about 30% more page views in 6 weeks. We are going to likely upgrade as the orders seem to also be jumping 30%. Was this app the reason why? Too early to tell, but we have had 7 (5) Star reviews and (1) 4 Star review. Google is likely rewarding us with better organic placement. Worth a shot if you are on the fence.
