Fast support. The App does exactly what it claims. If it could automatically send Draft Orders to customers, it would get 5/5 starts from us. But for RFQ apps, the app is simple and easy to set up and use.

This app is useful to hide the price of any product and send customer request quotation. This app works exactly as it says. And their support is excellent and fast, whenever I send a message their support executive replies immediately, and resolves the issue within minutes.

Working with Vicky was fantastic. I installed the app., but it was not coded in yet. 15 minutes after I downloaded I sent a message. Vicky was on line immediately. Able to help me out with my questions and assist in the finalize steps of getting my first product up and running with Quote Snap. One of my best experiences with adding an app to my Shopify Store. It seems the changes are slow to take place in the app with adding buttons, but once it completes by refreshing, then it seems to work perfectly.

Customer service is extremely slow and not based in America. What does mean for you? Well, it means that everything you have an issue (WHICH IS ALL THE TIME), they need 24-48 hours to get back with you. OR THEY WALK YOU THROUGH A FIX THAT ENDS UP CRASHING YOUR ENTIRE SITE AND THEIR SOLUTION IS TO GET BACK WITH YOU TOMORROW. LIKE NO... YOU MESSED IT UP, YOU NEED TO FIX IT NOW.
