App does not work as promised. Shows potential Retail customers pricing In quote request! and that is not the correct pricing for retail clients! what is the point of hide price if you are going to send them the wrong information. It makes us look bad when I have to explain to them that is not the pricing/

Upon investigating the matter, we discovered that the problem was due to a checkbox in the email template that was left ticked. This caused the wrong pricing to be displayed in the quote request emails. We already fixed the email template for your account. We deeply regret any negative impact this may have had on your interactions with potential customers. We value your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Please be assured that we take this matter seriously, and we will take steps to prevent similar issues from occurring in the future. Useful app to replace 'Add to cart' with 'Add to quote'. Offers a lot of customization and easy to use backend. Their 24/7 customer support is responsive and promptly fixes any issues we have.

We have been overall very pleased with getting the Quote Snap to work the way we wanted for our store. We even had to reach out to them for some customization and the were efficient and friendly. We are excited for our customers to use this feature in our store. This app works pretty seamlessly and was fairly easy to customize and implement. We were able to get it to look the way we want and function the way we wanted. We even customized the color scheme and look of the forms received by both the customer and admin users. Overall very happy.

This app is great for stores that need customers to add products to a quote and submit a custom form instead of a traditional cart and checkout. Their customer service is top notch! They were very helpful through the chat.

wow what an amazing app and what an amazing team helping all my needs I use this app to add a request quote and it does all it has the button and then you can review and send updated invoice to the customer and the order process in Shopify as a regular order just with the updated custom price.
