I have recently been introduced to this app on the Shopify store and as an honest review it has been a steep learning curve but made easier with the help from the staff. I had some issues with how it worked and how it displayed some of the RFQ however once I have spoken with the staff members there I did eventually work it out, I will say I was dealing with Anna and once she as helping me things did go smoother. In the end I would recommend this app so long as you take a small amount of time to look at how it works and do not be scared to ask for help, sometimes they have a very simple solution to your problem.

Quote Snap is perfect for my use case. It has a lot of functionality to create a great user experience for my customers. The customer support from Amey and Vincent has be phenomenal. They helped my dial in my solution in real time. I definitely recommend this app!

Great app. The support are fast to respond, and take care of things promptly. They recently updated the app which removed features like redirect and they changed the email notification design with no option to display customer information like name and email on the admin notification. Wish they kept these features in the new version. They still helped us migrate back to the old version which is working great to our needs.

Quote Snap is unquestionably the best app for hiding prices and efficiently managing customer inquiries. The support team, particularly Vincent, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this app. It significantly streamlines business operations.

The customer service staff is incredible. They were always available and walked us through understanding the functionality of the apps. It's user-friendly. it works extremely well and saves us a lot of time.

This is a great app. We use it both for quoting and hiding prices on custom products. The support crew are fast to respond, and take care of things promptly.

Amazing app, I had an issue with a text box covering text and the support team were incredibly helpful and fixed the issue instantly, they also re-sized my product images and moved the quote box to be central on all products for free as a kind gesture which was really kind. I really recommend this app and think it is value for money.
