The customer service is very helpful, instantly resolve the problem due to the incompatibility of my theme on their end. After that the app is working in the way that I wanted. Resolved: 1. Showing price first before hiding it after loading the collection page. 2. Product Grid display issue.

Quote Snap is highly configurable and does a great job for us capturing quote requests for our higher price tag products. The support team at Quote Snap are amazing. If I had any issues the problem was solved over night.

Amey and Vincent provided some of the best plugin support I've seen yet! We encountered an issue with our theme, which caused the hide price feature to be slightly delayed, but long enough for customers to take advantage of the hidden price. Amey and Vincent were very kind and understanding, and quickly resolved the issue!

I have recently been introduced to this app on the Shopify store and as an honest review it has been a steep learning curve but made easier with the help from the staff. I had some issues with how it worked and how it displayed some of the RFQ however once I have spoken with the staff members there I did eventually work it out, I will say I was dealing with Anna and once she as helping me things did go smoother. In the end I would recommend this app so long as you take a small amount of time to look at how it works and do not be scared to ask for help, sometimes they have a very simple solution to your problem.
