I just downloaded this app for my store. Set up was super simple and it didn't interfere with any other coding or apps I had already installed. When I ran into an issue, the support team was very responsive and helped me fix my issue right away. I am excited to continue using this app and would recommend it!

We've been using this app for quite a while now and it has been working great for us. We recently ran into an issue and had to reach out to customer service. They were able to figure out the problem and resolved it quickly for us. Great customer service. Highly recommend!

This app allows my customers to seamlessly request quotes while keeping pricing confidentiality. The interface is intuitive, ensuring hassle-free navigation for users of all levels. We can hide prices, which allows us to negotiate effectively and maintain a competitive advantage. I had a problem with the app after using it for around a year, but the customer service team fixed the issue fast! It means too much when most companies have horrible customer service. I totally recommend it.

The support team for the Request a Quote app are absolutely outstanding. They are happy to answer an questions and do so quickly - usually with screenshots or dedicated guides. The app itself is really useful and helpful for our needs and means we can offer our services in a clear and helpful way to our customers. A big thanks to Emma who make sure she answers in detail every time and never makes any question seem to small to ask.

I'm literally shocked. We had a bad experience where we were waiting for a developer to essentially install this for us. Happy that fell through because we were able to do it ourselves easily! I ran into some installation issues but the support team responded quickly to my many questions. I'm so grateful for their willingness to help and look forward to our customers using this quote feature easily! If I could give it 6 stars, I would! Lyla just helped me with a task and I got it fixed in less than 5 mins!

The app works well. It's very easy to hide prices for specific or bulk items, and the request quote form has been easy for our customers to use and understand. There was a bug in the app server the other day. A popup saying "Samita is Loading..." keeps appearing, and we were unable to log in. It took us about two days to be able to use it due to the holiday break in their country but support team were quick and efficient at setting things right. So far, this has been the only app that will successfully hide prices and keep things hassle-free, so we recommend it.

We've been using this app for over six months already. It is functioning well and has not encountered errors. On top of the good function, the app has an active customer support that helped us customize the usage of the app. Emma from Globo provides timely and accurate response so we are able to get things done and not get stuck on something that would probably take few days. Great work Emma, Great app Globo.
