App works well for me and the service from Globo is impeccable. Bar the time difference between where I am and where Globo is based, they answer queries and see to solve issues immediately.

The app developer is very responsive and has solved a couple of issues we had very quickly. Appreciate the quick attention to our issues. UPDATE: Another minor issue, and a quick response and quick solve. Thank you, Globo.

This is the 'Best' RFQ app we could find for Shopify. It's flexible, feature rich and sleek. Support is very responsive and quick to resolve issues. *Highly Recommended!

The app is good, it has it's moments but the support is on point and always ready to resolve whatever comes up.

Works very well together with the Globo Product Options app. We use both for customizable products in the shop. Very good experience and very helpful team! Thank you. --- Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem. This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.

Very fast response when i had a problem with implementation and solved the problem right away. Quotes are easily made into orders and forms are easy to create.

I've tried several bulk quote apps, and Globo, by far, makes the best one to suite our needs. I had a couple of technical issues with implementation, and they went above and beyond my expectations in both quality and timeliness of their work.

This does exactly what we wanted. We also required a modification which has been coded for us. The service has been fantastic and I highly recommend!
