This plugin is pretty good, convenient and easy to use.

We found this app as we didn't want customers to be able to purchase online, but to generate "quotes" for a more personalised 1-on-1 experience. This app did exactly that. We had a few technical issues along the way, but Haley and the team came back to me straight away with an acknowledgment of the ticket and the issue was often resolved within 24 hours. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a similar solution.

The team is very nice. She helps me to fix the different difficulties about my website and reply to all my question. I love this kind of customer service. I recommend without hesitation.

Our team spent a lot of time trying to set up Outlook emails with this app. We found out later that we couldn't. It's a great app, but unfortunately, it's not compatible with Outlook.

It was the best app for me. Everything from requesting a quote to replying is free of charge. The staff's response is also great. This is what we mean in Japanese when we say, "You can reach the itchy place."

I needed an app that would change my client's Shopify store to a RFQ. Hiding prices and each product having an 'Add to Quote' button only. This app did the job perfectly. I had to ask a couple questions during the installation and Haley, the support advocate was amazing. She got to me within a day both times and fixed the couple problems I was having. (my error both times!). I totally recommend this app.

It does not work

I have been looking for an app like this for a long time. As a designer for both custom and standard product, I wanted more of my high end pieces to be an "inquiry only", but to still be in the same mix as the rest of my products. This is seamless and the tech support was phenomenal to work with. Very professional, very quick to respond. I would highly recommend this app to anyone! UPDATE: I recently was having a bit of trouble with the app and the team worked with me relentlessly until it was fixed! So glad they didn't give up on finding a solution. The communication was phenomenal as always. HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone!

I would say that the app works perfectly. It works well. But the support team made every adjustment I needed and it now works great.
