This is a great APP that just meets my needs. Their service and developer team are really supportive and promptly respond to my requests. I had a really nice communication experience with this team. The app is strongly recommended if you need a quote function in your store.

I was a bit hesitant after reading negative reviews for downloading this app. But I contacted the Globo team, and they were so friendly, they helped me with everything and I love my website now. They changed everything as per my requests, and I am very happy with what they did! Would definitely recommend to go for it if you're looking for request to quote feature on your website.

HIDE PRICES DOESN'T WORK ON ALL 2.0 THEMES and the developers are very cavalier with their fixes and launching of code. I am a front-end developer. PLEASE BEWARE to thoroughly check Globo's code fixes because it doesn't appear that they do. Please let me explain our nightmare so this doesn't happen to you. Our issue caused heheadaches with our customers, and in one case, substantially discount a product. Due to the nature of our high-priced products, our business is predicated on hiding prices from customers allowing us to quote accurately and appropriately. Unfortunatley prices on our Recently Viewed widget, Recommended Products widget, and Search (only on mobile) were still visible after we launched our 2.0 theme. As a short term, and very quick fix, I hid all prices using display:none; CSS, while the Globo team coded a fix. After several responses telling me the code was fixed (when it hadn't been) we finally seemed to get it right, only to find out when the URL included /pages/, which is where all quoted products go to submit a quote, the prices would show in search and the widgets. A customer saw a wrong price and we had to honor that price costing us big. So once again, I implemented the CSS code hiding all prices unconditionally. Globo again said they fixed the issue, removed my code, and it clearly showed the prices on all search products without us being able to check their fix. It seems that there is absolutely NO Q&A process on Globo's side when they implement fixes. So again BEWARE

App works well for me and the service from Globo is impeccable. Bar the time difference between where I am and where Globo is based, they answer queries and see to solve issues immediately.

Works very well together with the Globo Product Options app. We use both for customizable products in the shop. Very good experience and very helpful team! Thank you. --- Update August 2024 - changed from 5 to 2 stars. Performance wise only one star, but support is very responsive, even if they could not solve the problem. This app has been sold to another company (Samita) without notice. We got this confirmed by the new companies support staff after asking for it twice. Integration with Globo app is not working anymore. Correct display of pricing is not working anymore. Removing items from their own (pay layter) popup cart is not working anymore. We are out.
