We used the app to create a Wish List for a Luxury Holiday Homes site. Does exactly what is required and the support is excellent (thank you Helen). Highly recommend the app and the Globo team. Give it a try.

This app functions very well by allowing you to remove the 'Add To Cart' and add a 'Get A Quote' button which takes you to a customizable form that looks clean. The support team is very responsive, I had some additional questions and needs and Helen was very quick to make any changes. Would highly recommend this app!!

I enjoyed using the free version. When i encountered a problem with the admin email address, the support team responded to my feedback.

I'm really hesitant about installing apps from Shopify's app store just because I have no idea what I'm getting into. With my business, shipping and delivery is a huge variable and because of this, my customers need to request a quote. This app has done exactly what I need it to do. Adds a button to your product page, creates a "quote history" page and a "request for quote" page, allows you to use the form builder to gather the necessary details on the "request for quote" page, and allows those quotes to be forwarded via email with all the details. Ran into one issue that I believe was related to the coding of my theme, brought it up and they fixed it in less than 24 hours. I also asked for an additional request which they completed in less than 12 hours. So far I'm happy with their team and will keep using Globo going forward.

The app was the solution I was looking for, backed up by great customer service! I requested assistance with adding the code to my latest theme and some custom changes such as changing the location and colour of the buttons and adding quote history button to the users account. All changes made within 24 hours! Thank you Helen for your help!

The app works. and it's not super expensive. My site needed some tweaking as the custom theme doesn't like to play well with any apps, but the support was excellent. There is a 12 hour time difference if you're US based - so bear that in mind if you're super impatient. They always responded within 30 minutes of the start of business for their location.

I am very happy with the app. After having the app installed, I had 2 issues concerning the compatibility with the theme of my shop, which was ordered to a third party. Everything was solved very quickly by the team of Globo. Thank you very much to Emma and Helen for the follow-up. I recommend this app for companies like mine, who don't have standard price to show for each product, but need to interact with potential customers in order to customize quotations according to each project. The app is perfectly helping us for this job and is now well integrated into our shop.

We just started using the Globo app. So far I'm very happy with the support the team gives. We had a few areas where we'd liked adjustment and the Globo team helped a lot with that. They even included a Zapier connection after our request, that makes our process so much easier. Keep up the good work!

Very arrogant business behavior - no answers even after two, three mails. Don't count on this business! Look for better business partners, First of all: all my spam folder does not contain any mail from Globo. Second: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing passwords Third: software supplier should never ever put screen shots on public websites containing email addresses Fourth: We got even no emails from Globo, even when we use there website contact form - tried three times Fifth: It seems I'm not the only one which has "communication problems" with Globo. Just read the comments from 6th May from Canada. If I would be a software provider, I would be very worry about what's happen with my clients mail. I would check all my website and look where the missing mails from my website email forms are sticking. That's a key information channel and not a sleeping chat window! The "try" what I saw was a screenshot.... We never got the messages - also not the reply from your website online form requests. The presented screenshots seems to be from the support and not from your "so called" sales team, which also should give answers on ANY email requests.
