Globo are literally the most attentive, concise and efficient app developer I've come across in 6x years of using Shopify! Our Quoting system is impeccable, they went above and beyond in helping us set up and i' m thoroughly looking forward in working with Globo - we're on the highest price plan and have been thrilled with all their efforts so far. If you plan to use a Shopify 2.0 theme beware that this app will not work anymore. We've been using this app for a few years and the support team is always top-notch. However, upon upgrading our store to a new Shopify 2.0 theme we found out that not all the functions of this app work. Any product options/variants that add an additional cost to your product will no longer be transferred over into the quote, making this app essentially useless if you are using any product options that increase the price. I really hope the dev team works to update this app so that it can fully function with the new Shopify 2.0 themes.

The assistance I received in uploading this app was first class. There was a few features I was looking for from the app but currently they are not available so there are only 4 Stars. However, I will update to 5 Stars once the app receives the updates.

This app enables customer to generate a quote, but with no total cost! I like that you can customise email template but am really looking forward to being able to give the customers a final price, with a vat breakdown if possible. I am told this is coming in the next 2 months. Overall good app.

We can only say good things about this app and the Globo team. The app is extremely flexible out of the box but the team at Globo has been incredible at helping us with some custom features required and super quick at replying to all our contact and support requests! Highly recommended app if you want a custom Quote request feature.

What can I say, Helen was so helpful over and above the small project we worked on. Helen made changes to the design of their add to Quote app, as a B2b supply we generally quote clients first, so we need this option as well as buy now. We needed our brand colours, layout and small amends to the Smart phone view (we are using the core Empire template.) Our needs are not complex but Helen was so professional, and also she kindly helped us with some settings within our check out pages, free of charge which was so kind. We will be reaching out to them again soon I am sure, as our very much preferred experts. Thanks again.

This app is a great addition to any website, it easily and stylishly adds an entire dedicated section (page) just for quotes; really gives a quote the attention it deserves. After installing and setting up a form on their awesome new form editor, there was a feature that I needed added. I promptly got a response from them and they asked for some more details, access, and just like that the feature was added. Shout out to Emma! Fantastic app and for a good price too, thanks guys! Side note, some possible additions to improve usability could be as follows: - Choose between half and full width entry boxes - Have only placeholder text in entry boxes (no name) - Perhaps some custom CSS fields Not an issue, just some ideas

Support has been excellent. Needed help with instillation and an adjustment on my customer form, Emma and the team were quick to respond and the work was done promptly. Experience with the app itself has been good so far. Does what it says it does, and easy to use. Will be upgrading to the Pro plan to unlock more features.

We needed a custom feature to be added to the app and the support team, specifically Helen, was very helpful. Upon receiving the order for the custom feature, the work was done extremely fast. After trying a few other apps, this app is by far the best! The app features are great and easy to use. The best part of having this app is the support they give you. I had an issue with my theme code liquid and snippet files because of another app similar to this one and the team at Globo assisted me all the way through it and they are friendly to talk to. They do genuinely care. Thank you Helen!!

This app is awesome, it is a perfect option for anyone with a business that does a lot of custom products. I searched for months for find a product like this that is very flexible to fit my needs. Globo also does a lot of development tasks, great prices and they have absolutely amazing customer support. Globo is a great developer, I plan to use a lot more of their apps.

Works really well. This app is a great way to allow customers to request a quote for products that you can supply but maybe don't have in stock for immediate dispatch or for products that are customisable or made to order, the prices may vary so you can also hide the price with this app. It's also good to allow customers to request a quote for larger quantity orders where a discount may be given. I had some technical questions and the support has been fast and outstanding. Thanks!

Works great making quotations and the support is great. I had a problem with some fields showing wrong info, so started a chat with them and within minutes the problem was fixed without needing to do any coding or setting at my end. Perfect. The best of all, everything within Shopify Environment.
