It is new way of converting quotes to sales and they always provide great supports. I asked them to add quote number to email subject and support team fixed very quickly. Love this app and team Globo.

Neat app and good support, works very well and the customer interface looks nice. The translation feature is excellent. I had a problem with selected quantity not transferring automatically to quote and the app support fixed that very quickly.

I was looking for a quote request app that I could make completely to my design requirements and that worked well and quickly. It was possible to customize all the fields for the customer, and there were many variations. So the function of the app is doing very well. But then we haven't talked about the support of this app. I had a few things that I wanted different or wanted to remove. I asked the support team and got a very quick response from Kelly and Emma. The team helped quickly with my problem and each time I got a reply within a few hours. Really great service! This is one of the reasons why I would recommend this app. If you download this app and you have problems or want something else? Just message the support team and they would be happy to help you! At least that's my experience ;)

This app works very well for us. We had an issue because we have variants/custom products but their customer support was excellent and fixed it and made it work for us very quickly.

Good app - didn't automatically do what it was supposed to do but customer support (led by Emma) was very prompt and helpful. A bit of back and forth and it's working perfectly now. I would have liked it to be more automatic (worked perfectly without reaching out to them) but CS is everything and they have that aced here. Thanks, Emma.
