The Return Prime app went above and beyond my expectations. Its return and exchange process was seamless, and the user-friendly interface made integration and set-up effortless. What truly impressed me was the outstanding customer service. The support team was prompt, attentive, and incredibly helpful, going the extra mile to address all my concerns. To sum up, my experience with Return Prime was outstanding, and I enthusiastically recommend it for its efficiency and exceptional customer service. Best Shopify App I've used to date!!

I installed the app and started chatting with customer service via chat. they noticed I had just signed up and reviewed my dashboard. Claire did a deep dive to make sure all items on a new account were set up and was extremely attentive and responsive when I asked many questions to make sure I understood the app. She was really helpful honestly and explained things succintly. I am really happy with the level of support and it makes me feel confident in using this app moving forward.

We've been using this app for quite some time now, and and while some things were a little strange and clunky at first, a LOT of improvements have been made and new features added during that time. The ability to process a single refund for multiple items being returned is huge, and made things a lot easier for us and our customers. Support is always fast to respond (often instant) and very helpful, and they have implemented features that we've been asking for. We also recently updated out site using a new theme, and our developer had no trouble customizing the app's text and buttons to match the style of or new site, so that's another plus. Doing it right, Return Prime!

Return Prime has been a great solution for our returns and exchanges! I love that you can create different rules for exchanges versus returns - a lot of other apps don't have that. The customer service is SO responsive and they will walk you through any questions you have & responds within minutes

What brilliant service! I had a small issue with defining a product tag and support sorted the issue out in less than 5 minutes! ' Wonder ' responded within seconds and resolved it within minutes. Now that's what you call great customer service. For the support alone, I would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you so much.
