I was able to live chat with someone right away after downloading to customize the app to fit my needs. The chat support is super helpful.

Excellent customer support! It was amazing that Shubham was proactive in ensuring the app was working well & live for my store by reaching out directly to me about my oversight when he noticed I did not launch it properly. It truly speaks to their level of service and commitment to a quality experience with using the app

Wow wow wow! The onboarding experience was super easy. I had a slight hiccup with the installation, but their amazing customer support Wonder was an absolute dream in helping me not only install the code, but customise the graphics to correspond with our website. All the while communicating with some kick arse GIF's that made me smile while I waited. Once I thought our conversation was coming to an end, they said they would quickly check our logistics integration. Like, talk about going above and beyond.

AMAZINGGGG CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! QUICK AND PROMPT! 10/10. I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ACCOUNT AND THEY WENT IN AND FIXED IT. THEY DIDNT HAVE TO WALK ME THROUGH IT. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THIS APP ENOUGH.
