The support team has always been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Top-notch customer support! They take feature suggestions into consideration as the app grows and have continued to make this helpful returns tool even more convenient to use.

Best customer service I have received from any other Shopify app. Seriously impressive. The backend was easy to navigate and so far we have not run into any issues.

A really good returns app. It has almost everything I need; it falls short only due to the nature of my products - I need to provide a 3 items to 1 item exchange, but ReturnGo can only do 1 to 1. The resolutions and policies etc to me seem to be a little more complex than they need to be and they have confused me at times, but help was always available when needed. Other than that, I am pleased with it and I've kept the app on my site until I decide whether to stick with it and do some manual exchanges when necessary or revert to all manual. I tried 5 -6 other return apps (in my budget) before trying ReturnGo and it was the best by far. Customer service has been very good - prompt, helpful and friendly.

Excellent app to process your returns! The team helped us to set up our complex returned rules and developed additional features upon our requests. We have tested multiple return apps after ReturnMagic sunset and found this one as the best option that exists in the Shopify app store. Highly recommend!

ReturnGo is amazing. I've been using them since shortly after they started the app and am super satisfied! They are constantly improving it and adding new features - the developers are super active in managing and improving the app. I love the experience it offers my customers and the ability to retain sales by offering instant exchanges and custom return policies depending on if the customer requests a return to a gift card or to their payment method. I am here for the long haul.

Wir haben die App für die Abwicklung unserer Retouren installiert. Anfangs gab es einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Integration in Sendcloud und im speziellen der automatischen Sendung der shipping-labels. Aber der Support war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert und mittlerweile funktioniert alles super. Sehr übersichtlich, gutes Interface und leicht zu bedienen.

Excellent app to organise all your returns and exchanges. Makes the process easy for the customer as well as for the store managers. Fantastic support, always ready to help (do these people ever sleep?). The returns solution is a must for any serious ecommerce store owner. Saves tons of time. Highly recommended.

Can't recommend this app enough. Easy to set up as you can arrange a call after installing so they can talk you though the whole process. I had to use the chat for help a few times and they answered immediately and either did it for us or showed me how to do it. If all that wasn't enough to get you to download this app, we asked for an extra feature as we have 2 kinds of returns and they set the whole thing up for us outside of the normal plan we are on. And it only took a couple of days. Was having the type of day where nothing goes right and honestly, this kindness turned my week around. So get this app!

its an amazing automated return and exchange app giving your customer an amazing and easy exchange experience. but whats more amazing as a business owner is their customer service is beyond amazing, and their team are all synced making sure they would solve the problem. i can't recommend them enough, they are truly amazing!
