Used after Return Magic shut down. Works well, notable improvement to Return Magic. Would recommend if looking for affordable return portal.

What I love most about this app is the endless possibilities. Once you've got the hang of it and covered your returns preferences, you can move on to create a customer retention methods and much more.

Extremely happy with this app and the customer service! Super responsive staff with my endless questions. I am not a pro so needed some assistance to understand things. Chris was extremely patient and understanding and helped me accomplish my goals. Their chat feature for help was awesome and got me the help in needed immediately. Been using this app for a year now and makes returns and exchanges run smoothly. Highly recommend!

The best customer service you could imagine. They guided me through the whole process and set everything up. It's super easy for customer to use and incentivizes them to get store credit vs. returns. The exchange is super easy to use. Highly recommend.

ReturnGo is extremely simple to configured. It's integrated with commonly used Shipping App's that saved me a lot of time. Their support team is execellent - they always alwyas get back to you quickly.

We could not be happier using ReturnGo. The program is so user friendly for both consumers and merchants. They have simplified the process where it now takes more than half the time spent as we used to with other apps. Their customer service is incredibly responsive, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They are, by far, one of the best apps we have ever dealt with on Shopify. We highly recommend them!!

Great onboarding, solid and responsive support. Features and development are very active. Arrived at this one from Return Magic since RM is shutting down. Not only is this a necessary change but it's also an excellent upgrade!

The App works really well for all around return & exchange cases, also customer service has been wonderful.

Hands down the best return application on Shopify. Nothing comes close. If you think Loop is the only game in town, think again. You can be up and running and processing returns in less than an hour. Support is second to none and the feature set grows constantly. A must install app for stores of any size.

Works very well and is a great value. We previously used a much more expensive solution and it only had a few more features. This one gets the job done for way less.

These guys are relentlessly committed to customer success -- which is prob what matters most in any app/product/partner -- so I gotta recommend them. I installed and self-onboarded and had some issues. The founder got on a call and walked me thru everything. TBH, I walked away thinking, "I gotta talk with my customers more; this guy is what good business looks like." Besides the people, what's gonna make this app a winner in the long run is that it offers customers who want to make returns a LOT of incentives/options to keep the item, donate it, get store credit, etc...so that we don't have to make painful refunds. That's an amazing feature and at a starting price of $10 it makes this app a fantastic choice for any sized store.

Returngo gets 10 stars!! This is a great app not only for all the great exchange and return features made simply but the amazing customer service and on boarding support that comes along with it!! Unmatched in the industry!! I especially love how the app offers the customer the option of a gift card or store credit to potentially convert the sale into a future one!
