The app itself is great! It provides a great experience for the customer and makes it easy to manage returns. Unfortunately we were misled by the description. It does not integrate with UPS or Fedex, which is why we've given 4 out of 5 stars. To work with Fedex or UPS, you need to install Shippo or ShipStation for an additional fee, so be sure to capture that as part of your evaluation. Once this supports a direct integration with Fedex/UPS we will definitely update our rating to 5 out of 5!

11 stars if I could. We have a very large customer base and were trying to deal with both exchanges and returns plus warranties that have to be serviced for a year after purchase. We tried Loop and Return Rabbit and both failed to provide a reasonable solution, or one that worked at all. It was pretty frustrating and we had a lot of annoyed customers. Enter this company and their software. I booked a setup time with their developer and they had us up and running in just a few minutes with use cases that work extremely well for us. We also had a few suggestions for how things could be further customized to make things even better and were impressed to hear about their constant development and new features coming out. Added to that, their subscription is 20-50 times cheaper than the other services! Using this software is a complete no-brainer for us. Highly recommended and their customer service with the chat within the app is second to none. I'm very impressed.

It's very easy to ask for support for this app. There is always someone to answer your query in less than 2 minutes of waiting. Reyn Valera spent almost 3 hours Zooming with me to succesfully setup my Returns and Exchange Portal! That's a feat. It's amazing how she walked me step-by-step setting up the app in a friendly manner and calming soft instructions. It gained my trust too to ReturnGo customer support. This app requires some significant setup time and testing, but once we got that done, the app has worked great. The few glitches that we've run into have been addressed promptly and thoroughly by the development team, and they've even accommodated us with a custom feature we needed. The interface is perfect for teams wanting a highly-customized portal and dynamic features. It's made the returns process so much more streamlined and organized. We're very happy.

ReturnGo is a magnificent APP....what I most like about it is that there are multiple features that I can activate on need. Things like blocking items for returns, having separate # of return days for money returns and exchanges, giving my customers store credit, and many more. I also noticed that the team is constantly improving the tool and adding new features. But my #1 comment is that the support team, specially Eyal, works shoulder to shoulder with us to setup and improve the portal. Service is the icing on the cake and ReturnGo definitely knows how to do it well.

This app is exactly what we were looking for to help ease the return request/process for customers and us. The customer service is also excellent, with quick responses and the ability to setup video calls!
