I love working with Returns Go it has given me and my team so free hands to work on other things. Also the support team is always getting back to us in a timely manner, and handling our issues right away.

The team at ReturnGO is responsive, supportive and understanding of our needs. What they cannot solve in the moment, they take away to help find a solution where possible. Our returns process is much smoother these days giving both our internal team and our customers a better experience.

Great app. Returns take a lot of time from our customer support and ReturnGO has helped us to save tons of time. Yes there are some bugs from time to time like everywhere else but their team is always very helpful and all problems are usually resolved within few minutes. Definitely recommend.

I could not be happier with the customer service provided by ReturnGo. I'm starting my own business and have never done something like this before so I have a lot of questions! The ReturnGo team is always really quick to respond and explains things in simple terms so I can understand them which is so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble! Highly recommend.
