AfterShip is a great app and has been a tremendous aid to our store. It takes a lot of the effort of a manual process out of your hands and into a reliable system that is easy to keep track of and update. Installation is a breeze and with little to no programming experience you can have a robust and stylized returns system tailored to your business. AfterShip will keep you organized and efficient, allowing you to streamline your returns process and saving time. We recommend this product for any e-commerce store that handles returns - it will increase the efficiency of your business.

Even though we seldom receive return requests, this app makes our returns processing simpler and faster for both our customers and our team. Their customer service is very helpful as well. What we'd love to see in the future: a chance for our customers to generate a return label on platform or allow us to upload one into the system. It's a great choice for a free app. :) Thank you!

The AfterShip Returns Center app has streamlined the way we accept returns here at Bourge Design. Return requests have always been a hassle, sifting through emails and order numbers, back and forth communication with the customer about the return policy, etc. With Aftership, all of the problems we had in the past have gone away. We now have a single unified place where we can track requests, send instructions, and not have to worry about the hassle of informing customers of our returns policy. And to top it all off, it's free! Highly recommend this app to those who want a solid and structured returns center for their e- commerce site. It certainly has helped us out quite a bit.

Aside from being FREE, this is really an awesome App for an e-commerce store like us www.periwinkle-online.com. Hassle free installations and very useful for an event which needs customers to return items professionally. Highly recommended and rated. Thanks AfterShip for this..kudos!

A great app because of its features. The default written instructions on how the returns center work is complete, just a little modification to be more personalized based on your store. I really like it most especially because its free.

The team at AfterShip is simply amazing, The service and product is excellent much more then I expected, they should be charging more for this service then they are! I highly recommend this service to anyone that runs an e-commerce shop.

I was looking for an easy way to handle returns. I was lucky to find this app. First of all, it's free. Secondly, it allows you to organize your store's returns in a very professional way. My customers are clear on how to return items and don't normally feel the need to email me and ask what to do. Thank you

I'm very happy with the services of Returns Center and the easy to use/user-friendly interface. They have been nothing but supportive from the day the that I first install and would happily recommend it to anyone who like things organized and neat.

This app makes handling returns so much easier and an amazing time saver! Very simple and easy to set up and use. Impressed by the great service by Aftership. I would highly recommend this app to anyone selling online.
