Great app to sort out all your returns process and procedures. The app covers everything from Returns Policy to Instructions for the customer on how to return the product. AfterShip is a great service for any ecommerce store to be confident in knowing that our customers will have a reliable way of tracking where their order currently is at in the return process if needed. AfterShip seems to make this very easy.

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered. A very good app. Makes returns easy, and integrated with the store. Would recommend to everyone. Hope to see translation of entire app in the future, but this is not the most important feature. Thank you, AfterShip!

Returns center by aftership really makes dealing with returns seemless. A lot of times customers who visit the stores may not understand the refund policy but the quick summary that is provided via returns center really helps with that. And processing the returns is almost effortless.

This app is *super* easy to set up, is designed nicely and seems seamless. The thing that would make it 5 stars is if it included the option for exchanges as well as returns, including an exchange form where customers can write why they are returning or exchanging something. I actually don't know if I'll continue to use this if I cant figure out a way to make it a "Returns/Exchanges" center.
