Easy to use app that creates a seamless experience for the customer. Does a lot of the heavy lifting for you and automation (on paid plans). Very fast support and a great option for anyone running a Shopify store that wants a professional looking, capable returns process.

Customizable site, fast 24/7 support. Seems to work well so far! I hope they add more themes and features in the future for the free plan and trial.

I am still exploring the functions of the product, but I have to say that the customer service Ayushi is very good, she patiently helped me solve a lot of problems, even though we did not speak the same language, we also overcame a lot of difficulties together. Good reviews.

I've been using returns center for a few years now and the service has been incredible in mitigating returns for my customers. It saves me time on answering emails and my customers appreciate the easy form process. The support team at Aftership are awesome too. Responsive and helpful. Aditi was recently super helpful with a billing issue I was having. My issue was sorted out within minutes and all my experiences with their support team have been similar.
